Individual Cases Study On X Community Construction In N City

Community connects the country and the society.Community governance is based on community construction.Without the formation of community communities,community governance becomes rootless in the face of atomized individuals.Community building is a means of community building which takes culture as the bond and promotes the formation of community community.Over the years,community building methods have attracted much attention.Some places,especially Chengdu,Shenzhen and other places,have even issued relevant documents,proposing to set up and improve the policy support system for community building,which provides beneficial experience for community building practice and stimulates the vitality of residents' community participation.Based on N city X community construction exploration practice in the community as the research object,by national and social relations theory,resource dependence theory,community theory,three theory as the theoretical support of N city X community construction,by participating in observation,the structure of the literature research,interviews and other research methods,case anatomy of N city X community construction practices,in order to tease out based on the practice of general significance of the construction experience.This paper combs the experience of building X community in N City and analyzes its successful logic from four aspects of community party building,organization,culture and service.The Party committee of X community is the direct promoter of the construction of X community,the distinctive state-owned enterprise culture is the cultural link of X community,the veteran workers and model workers are the resources of the social organization construction of X community,and the emphasis on community service is the key to community identity.This paper argues that community construction for party and government,social organizations and community residents to participate in community governance provides the interaction and cooperation path,of which the party is leading the first motive force in the multiple main body participation community construction,community service demand oriented,with identity as the core of community culture is the inner motive power of community construction development process and logic.Through the analysis of the case of X community building in N City,this paper finds that the community building led by the party building with the participation of multiple subjects in the community is conducive to the full integration of all kinds of community resources,and solves the problems of lack of motivation and lack of resources in the community building well,with certain replicability and popularization.The process of community building is not only to improve the basic hardware and environmental facilities of the community,but more importantly to reshape the intrinsic cultural value of the community.In order to enhance the participation of community residents and enhance their sense of community identity,community construction must be closely combined with the immediate interests of residents.In this case,how to further improve the participation of multi-subject community construction and enhance community residents' identity is not only an issue that needs to be further explored in practice,but also an issue worthy of further theoretical discussion.This paper argues that the promotion of community construction and community governance needs to reform the system and mechanism of social governance at the grass-roots level.The most important thing is to improve the basic treatment of community workers and fully improve the work enthusiasm of community workers.In addition,the community should be endowed with unique functions to improve its service ability while preventing the tendency of excessive administration.Community construction should take measures according to local conditions.Community construction should start from the resources and requirements of the community itself,highlight the cultural functions,guide the participation of residents with the interests of residents as the entry point,and cultivate residents' sense of community to the maximum extent.
