A Study On The Community In The Initial Stage Of Internationalized Community Creates Logic And Problems

With the continuous development of China's economy,the degree of openness of the city has deepened,population mobility between regions has become more frequent,and the heterogeneity of urban communities has begun to increase.As an advanced form of urban community,the international community will be more prominent in the development of the community's mobility and heterogeneity.Thus,the main contradiction in such communities is the more prominent issue of community integration than the average urban community.To cope with this challenge,many international communities have used traditional regional development models to promote the creation of community communities.The question that arises from this is: How does the community use the regional development model to promote community building? What challenges did the community encounter in the process? After the challenge,what changes should be made to the existing governance methods?This paper takes the Z community,a typical international community under construction in Hangzhou,as an example to answer the above questions.The Z community's specific approach is to use the concept of regional development model to establish a new community to improve the cohesiveness of residents by establishing resident conventions,introducing time banks,conducting cultural activities,and promoting consultations.However,the study found that although the community creation of the Z community has indeed played a good effect,with the increase of the heterogeneity and mobility of the Z community in the process of internationalization,the resident development of the regional development model in the Z community Passively shaken,the promotion of the community in the Z community has also begun to be hindered.In this regard,from the perspective of professional social work,this paper believes that it should further strengthen the localization ability of community external social organizations and further liberate the functional application limits of community service centers,and internationalize the collaborative management of professional social work to grassroots society.A complementary path to the governance and development of the next stage of the start-up community.
