A Study On The Community Identity Of The Residents In The Urban Open Community

Community identity,as an emotional bond between residents and communities,plays a very important role in promoting the harmonious development of the community.This study takes the residents of the open community as the research object and the community identity as the research content.Through empirical judgment.we selectedthe representative open community and the corresponding closed community as the survey points,in order to obtain a more accurate analysis of the residents in the open community.This paper mainly measures the status of community identity of open community residents from two aspects:emotional identity and behavioral identity,using relevant analysis,variance analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis and other data analysis methods to explore and analyze the influencing factors of community identity of open community residents from the five dimensions of demographic variables,community participation,community interpersonal relationship network,community satisfaction and community sense of security.At the same time,combined with case interview data,the deep-seated reasons affecting the community identity of the open community residents are discussed to more comprehensively understand the community identity of the residents in the open community,and also provide operational suggestions for relevant government departments.According to the conclusions of the research,this paper finds that(1)the community identity of residents in open communities is relatively good at above,but lower than the community identity of residents in closed communities.(2)Age,income,community interpersonal relationship network,community satisfaction,community participation,and community security are significantly related to community identity of open community residents and the positive impact of community satisfaction and community participation on community identity is greater,while the positive impact of community security is less.Based on the research conclusions,the following four suggestions are proposed:(1)Improve the functional construction of the community.In the specific implementation,the government and real estate developers and property management companies should cooperate.When building an open community,it is necessary to do a good service facilities,at the same time,we should take the software construction into account to create a public space with reasonable scale and full of people's care to provide conditions and environment for inspiring and expanding people's interaction and interaction.(2)Expand the interactive channel approach,combine the time of office workers and the convenience of participating in activities to carry out the "online and offline" activities to promote the community identity of residents.(3)The government should transform the role to improve the construction of facilities with property departments to facilitate pedestrians to walk and interact,so that pedestrians can truly play the role of "street eye" to protect the community safety of residents.(4)Improve the professionalism and specialization of community workers to better serve the community.
