The Role And Function Of College Student Village Officials In Targeted Poverty Alleviation-

The College Student Village Officials plan is a major strategic decision made by the party's central government with a view to the long-term development of the party and the state.It is of great significance for strengthening the building of grass-roots party organizations,cultivating talents for building a new socialist countryside,accelerating the poverty alleviation process in poor areas,and alleviating the employment pressure of college students.And Targeted Poverty Alleviation,as an important anti-poverty system in China,is an important job for College Student Village Officials to serve the countryside.The participation of grass-roots College Student Village Officials in Targeted Poverty Alleviation helps to reasonably assess the needs of the poor and optimize the integration of local poverty alleviation resources.They can play an important role in Targeted Poverty Alleviation work.This article takes College Student Village Officials A as the research object,and uses the literature method,interviewing method,and participant observation method as the research methods.By analyzing the practice process of Targeted Poverty Alleviation work in X Village of Jiangxi Province,initially excavated the role of needs evaluator,service provider,resource integrator and system advocator in Targeted Poverty Alleviation.But at the same time,the author also found that College Student Village Officials will encounter dilemmas in the role,competence and ethics in the process of Targeted Poverty Alleviation.In order to steadily improve the quality of poverty alleviation and allow College Student Village Officials to play a more effective role in Targeted Poverty Alleviation,the author proposes countermeasures and suggestions based on research attempts to optimize College Student Village Officials' involvement in Targeted Poverty Alleviation.In order to further clarify the role of College Student Village Officials and give full play to the function of College Student Village Officials in Targeted Poverty Alleviation work,this paper proposes to strengthen the construction of College Student Village Officials' team by defining role orientation,improving professional threshold,and organizing regular training;Establish security system from three aspects: improving income,increasing entrepreneurial support,and improving exit mechanism.At the same time,the government can use its social forces by purchasing professional social work services and mobilizing voluntary services.
