Research On Drug Abuse Control Of Adolescents In Nanfeng County From The Perspective Of Holistic Governance

With the reform and opening up,drug abuse has once again become a major problem affecting the social stability and people's health in China.Teenagers are in the period of physiological and psychological development,with shallow experience,little knowledge,insufficient social experience,poor ability to distinguish right from wrong,lack of sufficient understanding of the harmfulness and illegality of drugs,and are most likely to become the "high-risk group" of drug attack.In this paper,young people are chosen as the research subject,trying to explore the causes of drug abuse behavior of young people from the source,in order to make a breakthrough on the basis of other people's research results,so as to provide useful enlightenment for solving the problem of drug abuse of young people in China.There are four parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,the background and purpose of this study,the current situation of research on drug abuse among adolescents at home and abroad,and the literature review on the harm of drug abuse and the research results of drug prevention and treatment.The research theory and method of this paper,the main innovation points of this paper and the existing shortcomings.The second part,including the definition of the concepts of "Teenagers","drugs and drug use","drugs and drug treatment",and expounds the concept of research on the governance theory of teenagers' drug use.The third part,mainly elaborated the investigation and research results of the drug abuse problem of the youth in Nanfeng County,including the drug situation in Nanfeng County,the investigation of the drug addicts in Nanfeng County,the causes of the drug abuse behavior of the youth in Nanfeng County,and the social harm caused by the drug abuse problem of the youth in Nanfeng County.In the fourth part,the author explores and studies the countermeasures to solve the problem of drug abuse among teenagers.The weak links in the governance of drug abuse in Nanfeng County,3D drug prevention education and the construction of drug prevention ecosystem,and the overall governance of drug abuse among teenagers in Nanfeng County.On the basis of careful investigation and study of drug abuse among adolescents in Nanfeng County,combined with the interview experience of entering Jiangxi compulsory isolation and rehabilitation center,women compulsory isolation and rehabilitation center and Fuzhou compulsory rehabilitation center,in addition to usual prevention,education and other governance measures,the author also puts forwardsome constructive and innovative measures,that is,to improve the social environment(external factors)and firmly block it With the guidance of the theory of holistic governance,the combination of internal and external,the combination of up and down,left and right containment,and multi-dimensional prevention and control have strong pertinence and operability,which will help the young people to become green The probability of drug exposure in teenagers has dropped to near zero.There are also some deficiencies in this paper,mainly because the paper does not involve the role and specific practical measures of other functional departments in the treatment of drug abuse among young people,because there are few samples,the data is insufficient to support the paper's point of view.However,the author has been engaged in the prevention and control of public security for a long time.In recent years,he has paid more attention to the drug-related deviant behavior and governance of teenagers.In practice,he not only participated in the special work of drug rehabilitation,but also had a full exchange with his domestic counterparts,which provided excellent materials and opportunities for the writing of this paper,and also made up for the lack of individual data to a certain extent.Of course,in view of the complexity of drug abuse,the social systematization of drug abuse prevention,and the social harmfulness of drug users,we will continue to follow up the life trajectory of young drug users in the future work in order to find a systematic solution.
