Research On The Development Of Community Resident Autonomy In Urban Community Governance

The long-term mechanism of novel coronavirus pneumonia and the "new crown pneumonia epidemic" impact have made the government's pressure on grassroots governance increasing.With the breaking of the "land finance" mode,the community with poor facilities and old houses is facing the problem of insufficient resources to improve its infrastructure.The effectiveness of the traditional community governance model in the "post-epidemic era" is low,which cannot meet the needs of community residents to expand community relations of mutual help,harmony and civilization.This paper analyzes T community residents autonomy stage of development in Changchun city as the research object,on the governance theory,new public management theory and new public service theory as the instruction,with the help of a questionnaire for the community features,residents' autonomy,and autonomy(such as information,guide people with change of the pattern of resource optimization,management and foster a sense of ownership and other point of view,combining with the Haidian district of Beijing,Shanghai Jing 'an district,Suzhou industrial park,Zhuhai Xiangzhou district has injected and the United States,Singapore and other foreign management experience,By referring to the advanced residents' autonomy mechanism,it is concluded that T community needs to solve the problems of insufficient intelligence resources,slow iteration of governance methods,and insufficient awareness of residents' autonomy to improve the residents' autonomy mechanism,and it needs to build a multi-level residents' community governance mechanism of "co-construction,co-governance,and sharing".And through perfecting the mechanism,the party leading the autonomous mode innovation,management talent cultivation,convenient platform,multi-functioncommunity building,and cultivation of autonomous consciousness,combined with big data technology means such as assignment,the governance efficiency of give attention to two or morethings,humanistic care,and to realize the sustainable development and governance of the new situation,and on the residents' autonomy level ascending community governance efficiency of the innovation,improve the level of the urban old community autonomy for Jilin province to provide reference.
