The Problems And Countermeasures Of Residents' Participation In Community Autonomy Of H City

With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization in China,community construction has become an important area of China's current social construction.Community autonomy and residents' participation as an important part of China's grassroots democracy construction and a major component of social governance have increasingly attracted the attention of the outside world.And attention has become a new theme and new impetus for the development of Chinese communities.Extensive residents' participation is the symbol and internal motivation of community development.It has a fundamental role to play in promoting socialist democratic political construction,strengthening socialist spiritual civilization construction,and promoting social sustainable development and overall progress.However,with the deepening of economic system reform,China's grassroots social governance model,social organization,values and behaviors are undergoing more profound changes,which have a tremendous impact on residents' participation in urban community autonomy.New opportunities and challenges.This paper firstly analyzes the related concepts and research status of urban communities,residents' participation and other terms,and points out the theoretical supports in the research.Then it analyzes the development status of the communities in R Street in H City by using the form of questionnaire survey to the community.And it analyzes the situation of community autonomy and residents' participation with the methods of documents,interviews,cases analysis and so on.Thirdly,based on the results of quantitative surveys,the problems of community residents' participation in community autonomy in H city were summarized,and the influencing factors of residents' lack of participation were analyzed.Finally,the insufficient participation of residents in community autonomy was proposed.A series of effective measures to solve the problem is to provide reference and reliable reference for other similar communities to solve the problem of insufficient residents' participation in the process of autonomy.
