Study On The Party Construction In Rural Communities

In the construction of the new countryside,the carrier role of the rural community is very important,which is a community living group formed according to the region where people live,the more similar life and mode of production,and the same community management and service.In the process of building rural communities,we must give full play to the role of the party's baton,give full play to the role of the main body of the community masses,combine theory with practice,and adapt to local conditions,in the rural community management model,service quality,cultural atmosphere,to meet the growing community residents of material and cultural needs of the new.There is a great gap between urban and rural residents in living standards,public services,infrastructure and so on.As a new form of society and carrier to adapt to grass-roots characteristics,rural community emerged.The rural community,which comes from rural transition,has many advantages in promoting rural social development and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,which can inject new momentum and blood into the development of rural society.From the current state of the country,rural communities are constantly rising and developing,and the construction of Community Party organizations is becoming more and more standardized and strong,which plays an irreplaceable role in the development of rural society.At present,the Rural Community Party organizations have made great breakthroughs in the structure,system,community service,party member education,party member work and so on.However,due to the constraints of previous village Party building issues,as well as the self-construction of rural communities,there are many bottlenecks in the development of Party building in rural communities,the existence of these bottlenecks will restrict the developmentof Party building in rural communities.From the above issues,I carried out field research,to further strengthen the rural community party building work.In the long history of rural development,there are many experiences worth learning.I have simply integrated them.Rural communities are playing an increasingly important role in the work of grass-roots Party organizations.At the same time,under the background of the new era,it also puts forward new requirements for the Party building of rural communities,puts forward new requirements for the Party building of rural communities in the context of the rural revitalization strategy,and on the main features of the Party building of rural communities in the new era,strengthening the Party building in the new era,this paper expounds the significance of strengthening the ruling foundation of the Party and maintaining social stability.By means of visiting and on-the-spot inspection,I have conducted research and analysis on the song family community in the street of Haifeng County,and have consolidated the data.I have combed the development history and present situation of the Party building work in the song family community,this paper compares the relationship and difference between the Party Organization of Songjia Community and the Party Organization of the original village,and sums up the main features,difficulties and reasons of the Party construction in the rural community.Based on the analysis of the above-mentioned research materials,this paper further summarizes the main factors that affect the construction of the party in rural communities.With the continuous development of rural communities,the Party organizations in rural communities also began to change from management to service,from closed to open,from division to cooperation,these changes require that the Party building work of the Community Party organizations should bepromoted from the aspects of strengthening the management of Party members and the establishment of Party organizations,improving the operation and integration ability of the Community Party organizations,and effectively distributing the construction of the community party branches.
