unions,or the influence of the trade unions in various countries in their economic and political life,they have been gradually declining.In the face of litigation and protection of interests in the negotiations,but also gradually lost the right to speak,in the defense waiting to retreat state,many unions in Europe are facing low employment,social welfare,diminishing,the minimum social security relations in China have also gradually become globalized.In order to safeguard the legal rights and interests of workers and staff members,the tasks that trade unions face are even heavier.The labor
