Research On The Integrated Development Of Rural Industries

In recent years,with the development of China's economy and society,especially the rapid advancement of urbanization,the gap between urban and rural areas is constantly broken,and population mobility is increasingly common.However,restricted by the multi-party system,the structural contradictions between urban and rural areas have been alleviated,but they have not been completely eliminated.In particular,the transfer of young and middle-aged labor force from rural to urban has changed the structure of urban and rural population,as well as the allocation of human resources between urban and rural areas In rural areas,the problem of hollowing-out is becoming more and more serious.In addition,factors such as backward agricultural operation and management mode,poor circulation and collection of resources,and outdated infrastructure make the production and living problems prominent.China's economic development has entered a new normal and social development has entered a new stage.On the other hand,the development of rural industry is also faced with such problems as resource and environment constraints and rising production costs.To achieve rural revitalization,we need to change our thinking and focus on industrial prosperity.We should continue to develop modern agriculture and at the same time focus on the integrated development of rural industries,so that the development of the industry can truly increase fanners' income.Only in this way can farmers' wealth and rural revitalization.be realized.At the same time,we can see in the development of urban and rural integration,the closer the connection between the urban and rural.resource circulation more convenient,more mature in the city of some of the new model and new formats are gradually penetrating to the rural development,rural industry after absorbing new ideas are also continuously upgrade their production and operation method,it also offers the potential for the integration of rural industry development.This paper has sorted out th e relevant researches of domestic and foreign scholars,who have done a lot of researches on the definition of the relevant concepts of rural industrial integration,the explor ation of in dustrial integration developm ent ideas,the proposal of some countermeasures and Suggestions,and the reference of the exp erience of some other countries.However,more analysis is mainly from a theoretical perspective,with more n ormative studies,less em pirical studies,and more gen eral in the process of analysis and recommendation s.Based on this reason,this paper selects the rural industrial development practice of keqiao district,shaoxing city as the research object,simply constructs a theoretical analysis framework for the rural industrial integration developm ent,and conducts an analysis and research on the rural industrial integration practice of keqiao district.The article focuses on the empirical study of the rural industrial integration development in keqiao district.At the basic condition level of industrial integration development,GEMS model is used as the analysis tool to analyze the foundation,competitive advantages and disadvantages of rural industrial development in keqiao area and the operability of industrial integration.In the form of industrial irtegration,this paper summarizes the prachice of the integratton of primary,seconiary and tertiary industries in Summarizes the practice of the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the process of rural industrial integrati on in keqiao district.This pap er distinguishes the cases selected in the study,shich are divided in to three different types:agricultural driving,manufacturing driving and rural tourism driving.It probes into the behaviors of various subjects in the rural industrial model,and attempts to form an industry-integrated development model with universal applicability.Through the comparison of the integrated development of rural industries driven by three types of different industries it is hoped to find an effective path for the integrated development of rural industries with different industrial bases,geographical locations and development environm ents,and provide effective support and policy reference.At the level of industrial integration evaluation,by referring to the previous evaluation system of industrial integration,it is concluded that the effectiveness of keqiao district in the development of rural industrial integration is mainly reflected in the improvement of industrial competitiveness,increase of farmers' income,employment,and win-win of economic,ecological and civilized aspects.The experien ce mainly includes the optimization of p.roduction subjects,the transformation of production mode,the mining of resource elements,the creation of products and markets,etc.,which emphasizes the positive guiding role played by the government in this process.Through the analysis and research of this paper,it is found that the main problems to further promote the development of rural industrial integration include low level of industrial integration,homogeneity of integration and insufficient rural attractiveness.This article find the reason from three aspects:market,society and the government,and then put forward the relevant optimization advice,to grasp the relationship between the market and the government,guide the social participation,balance urban and rural development,highlight the local characteristics,promote the rural residents' income and so on several principles,and from the first industry,supporting leading enterprises,rural rich forms,improving the rural industry system;We will improve the quality of rural residents.cultivate new types of farmers,strengthen grassroots organization,and promote rural culture.We will identify the driving industries correctly and adopt scientific and reasonable policies in light of local conditions,promote urban-rural integration,accelerate rural infrastructure development,ensure the supply of public goods in rural areas,and advance institutional reform.
