Study On Absorption And Integration Of Volunteer Organizations In County

Since the 1990 s,volunteer organizations,as an important social organization,have been developing rapidly in China and playing an important role in social governance.With national economic and social development,in all kinds of important activities and events volunteers are become the beautiful CARDS,but in the county city volunteer service activities still has many problems,including volunteer service volume small,limited activity form,lack of participation,volunteer recruitment and management level is uneven,volunteers professional is not strong,incentive mechanism is not sound,the government for volunteer organizations to recognize and support such problems as insufficient,which limits the development of county volunteer organizations.In recent years,the national level is required at all levels should play the role of social organizations in the social governance,volunteer groups is the most important social organizations in the county city,has completed a certain functions of the government in the social governance,has played a certain role,has obtained the government,society and the recognition of the masses,how to further promote absorb fusion between the government and social organizations,we will accelerate the development of county volunteer organizations is the research emphasis in this paper.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction of the paper,mainly introducing the research background,significance,research status and methods,etc.,as a simple overview of the paper.The second part is the relevant concepts and theoretical overview of the paper,to provide theoretical thinking for the writing of the paper;The third part takes Gao 'an as an example to analyze the development process of the volunteer organization in Gao 'an,focusing on the causes of the absorption and integration of county volunteer organizations and the final development direction;The fourth part is the attempt of gao 'an volunteer organization to absorb and integrate.It verifies the theoretical experience of the above chapter analysis through empirical method,and summarizes the problems of government,society and volunteer organization.The fifth part is the management and inspiration of domestic and foreign volunteer organizations.By analyzing the development of foreign volunteer organizations in the United States as an example,the relevant experience of absorbing and integrating domestic excellent volunteer organizations is summarized to provide guidance for the next empirical study;The sixth part is based on the problems found,combined with the absorption and integration of volunteer organizations to put forward Suggestions,and make the assumption of building a voluntary service system,as the final conclusion of the paper.Research of this paper believes that the government as the leader of the social governance,the need to play a positive role,by adopting means of fusion,guides the volunteer organizations involved in the social governance,in the fusion of mode selection,should be based on guide volunteer organizations to participate in social management,promote the development of voluntary service and orderly,construction of the whole society to participate in the volunteer service system,on the basis of the government as a whole,department coordination,social support,volunteer organizations to participate in the way to promote the comprehensive development of voluntary service,government,department,the society and their own volunteer organization clear positioning,play their part.
