With the popularity and development of the Internet,smart phones have become a new tool for life and work that people of almost all ages must face and accept.Of course,smart phones are more produced and designed with young people as the main group,but with the continuous innovation of technology and the continuous development of society,more and more elderly people are becoming smart phone users.In order to understand the actual role of smartphones in the lives of rural elderly people and the problems that exist in the use of elderly users,the elderly in Village A,Zuoyun County,Shanxi Province are used as the research object.Through interviews and observations,the use of smartphones by rural elderly Conducted empirical research.The study found that rural elderly people try to use smartphones in almost all aspects.This research mainly focuses on interpersonal communication,daily consumption and spiritual entertainment.Many positive effects have improved the quality of life of the elderly;but at the same time,the elderly also have many problems in the process of using smart phones: for example,they are addicted to the virtual world and rely on the phone,which may cause obstacles to interpersonal communication.Issues such as rational consumption and lack of emptiness in the spiritual world.These problems are caused by the lack of healthy physical and mental qualities of the elderly themselves,their discomfort with new things and new technologies,and the lack of sufficient attention and care for the elderly in rural areas by the entire society.The essence of this is the accompanying process of the popularization of smart phones.Technological oppression,the elderly cannot effectively overcome the negative effects associated with the positive effects of technology.In order to promote the correct and rational enablement of smart phones by the elderly,it is recommended to improve and optimize the three aspects of promoting education for the elderly,optimizing the mobile phone operating experience and improving the care service system for the elderly.The thesis concludes and discusses the relationship between man and technology,and explores the harmonious symbiosis between technology and man.It is hoped that the development of human-computer interaction technology will better serve all mankind,and give full play to the positive effects of technology in solving social problems and enhancing human well-being.
