Study On Quality Of Life Of Persons With Disabilities Of Shenyang In The Perspective Of Quality Of Life

There are 85 million people with disabilities in China, a large number of persons with disabilities have clothing, food, housing, health and other life issues.The "13th Five Years Plan" put forward the goal to achieve a comprehensive well-off of people with disabilities. So, how to provide better protection of people with disabilities live, in order to improve their quality of life has far-reaching significance for maintaining social stabilityThe article used structured interviews and non-institutional interviews to investigate the living conditions of persons with disabilities,conducted a statistical analysis of the basic situation, family situation, employment, social participation and acceptance of welfare services of individuals with disabilities and select which part of the survey data to research.Content of the paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, focused on the background of the study, the research significance, research achievements in China and abroad of people with disabilities, contents and methods, innovations and shortcomings. The second chapter defined the related concepts, and introduces the theoretical study. The third chapter analyzed the survey data by using spss statistical software,described the sample of persons with disabilities in the basic personal situation, economic situation and the employment situation. Chapter IV based on the above analysis of the data found that there are some aspects problems of the living conditions of people with disabilities,eg,(low levels of living, poor housing conditions, employment issues highlighted, lack of social support long-term care),and analyzed reasons of problems (working poor persons with disabilities, the lack of special housing security policies, hiring general exclusion, social care unfocused). The fifth chapter proposed to improve the living conditions of persons with disabilities in Shenyang City suggestions, conclusions of this study is that:people with disabilities to improve security standards, the establishment of specialized housing security system for persons with disabilities, implementation of Disability Employment Policy and the establishment of long-term care system, it is to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities a top priority.
