The Design And Implementation Of The Archives Information Management System For Suzhou Incorruption

After the 19 th CPC National Congress,China has elevated anti-corruption to an unprecedented level of importance.Clean-government archives faithfully record the integrity-related behaviors and history of civil servants and therefore serve as an important link during anti-corruption work.The clean-government archives management system can not only monitor the work of civil servants in real-time,but also serves as an effective guidance for the assessment and promotion of party leaders.Apparently,it is of great practical significance to develop a clean-government archives management system for the commission for discipline inspection to realize digital,intelligent and network-based management of the clean-government archives.This thesis started with an introduction to the project background,the important role of the studied system in business operations and the current application of existing cleangovernment archives management systems in China,followed by an overview of relevant tools to realize those systems,such as Spring Boot,Spring MVC,Elastic Search,Kafka,Echarts and Spring Security.Then,the requirements for functions and performance of the system were analyzed in detail,and five functions were extracted including personal integrity record management,scenario analysis,integrity portrait,access control and system settings.Through operating principles,architecture design,and function composition design,the overall architecture of the system was explained and the system database was designed.Utilizing approaches such as class diagrams and sequence diagrams,this thesis carried out detailed design for five modules including personal integrity record management,scenario analysis,integrity portrait,access control and system settings,and performed system testing.The system has been put into use in Suzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and has shown desirable performance.
