With the advancement of the military informationization process,how to apply information technology to the daily office and management of the grassroots units of the Armed Police Force has become an important issue in the construction of the Armed Police Force.On the basis of fully understanding the information construction of some grassroots squadrons,this paper studies and designs an integrated management system for armed police squadrons that integrates office,management and decision-making.The system implements basic functions such as personnel management,daily office and duty management.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of the management of the grassroots squadron,the focus is on the following content.(1)The selection and design of the system framework architecture.The army information system has high requirements for safety and response speed indicators.This article uses the Spring Boot+Mybatis framework as the overall architecture of the system.Through theoretical analysis and experimental comparison,the combined architecture is superior to Spring+Struts+Hibernate combination(SSH framework)and Spring+ Spring MVC+Mybatis combination(SSM framework)in terms of security and response speed.In the internal design of the architecture,the design is done in a layered mode.(2)The design and implementation of the personnel assessment model.Personnel assessment is a common matter of the grassroots squadron of the Armed Police.This paper designs and implements a military personnel evaluation model based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process.The model has the characteristics of comprehensive indicators,objective and fairness,and high transparency.It is mainly used for occasions such as year-end awards,party promotion,and reform of non-commissioned officers.It is conducive to the auxiliary forces to better decision-making management.(3)The design and implementation of the automatic layout model.The Armed Police Force is centered on duty,and the schedule is a longterm job.This paper designs and implements an automatic dispatching model based on Genetic Algorithm with the feature of grouping shifts.The model has the characteristics of low resource consumption and high efficiency of dispatching,and is mainly used for auxiliary troops to carry out daily work.The development of this system follows the software engineering life cycle method.using Spring Boot+ Mybatis as the overall framework of the system,the development is simple and fast;the development of MVC design pattern and layered design is adopted,the project structure is clear,the coupling degree between modules is low;Maven conducts project management,and system maintenance and management are convenient.At the same time,the front-end view layer uses Html+CSS+Thymeleaf technology and adopts B/S mode,which is convenient for users to operate and use the system.
