| Judicial system for specified number of personnel is an important strategy to promote the reform of the judicial system.In the process of selecting judges,judicial personnel would face problems such as difficult to define the selection criteria and working inefficiently on the artificial statistics.The trial team is the product of deepening the reform of the judicial system in an all-round way.Building a new trial team scientifically based on the system for the specified number of judges is more conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of the trial.At present,the court has not established an information management system to assist the judicial personnel in the construction and management of the trial team.The introduction of the trial team system leads to the problems of staffing and assignment of responsibilities,which will change the traditional mode of case division.This thesis investigates the judge post system and the trial team system.Based on the court information platform,this thesis design and implement a new-type trial team management system under judicial system of specified number of personnel.By analyzing the responsibilities and personnel roles of the trial team,it designed trial team management module to provide management functions such as the creation and adjustment of the trial team.Aiming at the case division and task division under the trial team system,it designed case division management module and process task allocation module.Through the analysis of the data of the selection criteria in the process of selecting judges,information statistics module is designed to provide analytical data for management decisions.New-type trial team management system are designed based on B/S architecture and developed by front-end and back-end separation mode.The front-end is mainly built by Vue framework,responsible for page rendering and user interaction.The back-end is mainly built by Spring Book framework,responsible for the processing of business logic,and in the data access layer with Spring Data JPA.This thesis describes the detailed design and implementation of each module of the system,and verifies that the function and performance of the system meet the requirements.This project has been deployed and applied in Tianjin courts,which provides an assistance platform for the judicial personnel to implement the judge post system and the trial team system,and provides practical value for the promotion of the judicial system reform. |
