A Study For Securing Child-bearing Women Rights In The Context Of The Nationwide Two-Child Policy

China began to formally implement the new policy of "comprehensive two-child" in 2016,which is a policy resolution formed by our country to optimize the population structure of our country according to the problems of population aging and so on,which is of great significance.But the implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy has brought inevitable impact on women,women as the main body of childbirth,in the process of giving birth to two-child their personal rights,economic and employment rights and marital and family rights will face new problems: first,the implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy to the elderly women's right to health challenges;second,women face the loss of employment opportunities,career promotion slowed down in the economy.Third,the second child causes women to be at a disadvantage in protecting their rights and interests in marriage and family;fourth,the irrationality of the current maternity insurance system makes women's legitimate right to leave not well protected.Women are not only the main bearer of human reproduction,but also the important human resources in the labor market.Therefore,under the background of the policy of "comprehensive two-child ",it is important to protect women's rights and interests such as reproductive rights,labor and employment rights,marriage and family rights and social security rights,and to perfect the system of women's rights and interests protection for the smooth implementation of the " comprehensivetwo-child " policy.On the basis of combing the existing literature,this paper analyzes the current situation of protection of rights and interests of women of childbearing age in Yuelu District under the policy of "comprehensive two-child ",analyzes the existing problems and causes of protection of rights and interests of women of childbearing age in Yuelu District,summarizes some common problems from the personality problems of Yuelu District,puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures,And put forward the suggestion of perfecting the protection of the rights and interests of women of childbearing age.
