A Study On The Protection Of Female Rights And Interests Under Comprehensive Two-Child Policy

On October 29,2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China reviewed and adopted the Proposal for the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development.This Proposal promotes the balances the development of the population,adheres to the basic national policy of family planning,improves the population development strategy,fully implements the policy that a couple can have two children,and actively carries out actions to deal with population aging.Now,several provinces have completed the revision of the local population and family planning regulations,and the comprehensive two-child policy is being implemented according to law.The comprehensive two-child policy is not only a measure to deal with the aging of the population,but also having some influences on society and economic.Based on the background of the overall two-child policy,after the implementation of a comprehensive two-child policy,women's rights and interests have brought a series of damage,an increase of a series of new problems,so this paper sorts out women's rights violations,to discuss and study the legal issues of the protection of women's rights under the comprehensive two-child policy,and to propose corresponding solutions combined with part of western countries' measurements.The paper is mainly divided into five parts.First of all,the first part explains the background and significance of the topic of the comprehensive two-child policy,introduces the existing domestic research,and summarizes the research methods and research ideas of the article.Secondly,the second part analyzes the meaning and background of the comprehensive two-child policy,and analyzes the impact of the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy on women's rights.In the third part,from the perspective of some social phenomena after the implementation of the current comprehensive two-child study,women's personal rights,labor rights,and social security rights have been greatly damaged,and their causes have been analyzed.In the fourth part,I analyze the positive measures taken by the relevant countries for the protection of women's rights and interests to gain inspiration from them and to better resolve the issue of better protection of women's rights in the implementation of the comprehensive second-child policy.Finally,based on the current problems in the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy and the damage to women's rights and interests,some countermeasures are proposed in order to better protect women's rights under the comprehensive two-child policy.
