The Study Of The Interactive Relationship Of Industrial Structure Evolution And Foreign Resident

Since the reform and opening up,China's industrial structure has undergone tremendous changes.Shenzhen,as the vanguard of China's reform and opening up,has experienced a period of rapid economic development.In its development process,a large number of foreign population,especially resident population,inflow into Shenzhen and provide stable and abundant labor resources for Shenzhen's development.This has developed a unique local resident population and the proportion of foreign resident population inversion phenomenon in Shenzhen and has brought a significant impact on the industrial structure and social life of Shenzhen.On the other hand,changes in the industrial structure in Shenzhen also guide and restrict foreign labor in amount and quality out of new requirements.As a typical labor,the Shenzhen-related research will provide great reference for areas facing the similar question.Existing literature and research in favor of the theory will be studied separately from the industrial structure and population mobility,or one of the parties is to study the impact on the other way.The research combines the two is relatively scarce.In this paper,the evolution of the existing industrial structure and labor transfer basic theory and research pay attention to the inversion phenomenon of local and foreign resident of Shenzhen.First,the industrial structure and Evolution foreign resident of population and its characteristics of Shenzhen is analyzed.Secondly,in the empirical part of the cointegration analysis,Granger causality test and other analytical tools to analyze whether there is a causal relationship between long-term stability of the two.And on the basis of the analysis,the paper use time series analysis method and two-stage least squares to verify the interactions fo of industrial structure and scale of foreign resident.And learn from existing research to foreign resident population by level of education and the educational structure of the three industries respectively regression analysis to explore the quality of the foreign resident in Shenzhen industrial structure optimization impact.This paper draws the following conclusions:foreign resident population and industrial structure influence each other,but the foreign resident population by educational attainment,educational structure,employment structure and other factors affect the extent and direction of each industry is different;the quality of the foreign resident population(including years of education and improve education structures)on the industrial structure will play a facilitating role.Based on the study and conclusions and combining the actual situation in Shenzhen,the policy recommendations of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and guide foreign resident population and control is provided.
