teachers’ sense of occupation happiness means during the teaching process,teachers get the practice of occupation ideal,appreciate the meaning of life and achieve self development of pleasant state.Research on Teachers’ occupation happiness,not only helps teachers to live a happy life full of education,but also conducive to the development and progress of the improvement of the quality of education and society.The research adopts literature research,case study,survey research,narrative research of combining research methods,research status of occupation happiness of the school teachers and promotion in a particular case.This study is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,including the origin of the research,teachers’ occupation happiness literature review,concept discrimination and research design.The second part is to improve the theoretical interpretation on teachers’ occupation under the vision of happiness.Based on comparative analysis of the concept of happiness and perfection,the limitations and shortcomings of the happiness concept and the reflection on perfecting happiness concept,accomplish the conversion of teachers’ occupation happiness view,reinterpretation of teacher occupation happiness in perspective of perfect happiness concept.The third part is the investigation of teachers’ occupational happiness sense,which is based on improvement concent.Mainly by interview and questionnaire,take the primary school teachers in W city for an example,make an empirical research on the current situation of teachers’ professional happiness.Research shows that the current situation of the occupational happiness of primary school teachers is good,primary school teachers’professional happiness more focused on teaching achievement,self-promotion,social support.teachers’ professional well-being is not related to education、title、residence,but is related to gender、age、income.The fourth part is the analysis of influencing factors on happiness of primary school teachers’ occupation.According to the questionnaire data and interview data,make an analyses on external and internal factors.The fifth part is the strategic thinking on how to improve primary school teachers’occupation,based on the sense of perfection happiness.The strategy included the strengthening of new teachers occupation happiness cultivation;improve the teachers’teaching attainment;establish a democratic and harmonious teaching management mechanism.
