Research On Occupation Of The Sense Of Happiness Of Contract Teachers In Public Primary And Secondary Schools

Teachers are pivotal to education quality.In recent years,as the urbanization deepens with souring floating population,numerous students' calling for more schools with expanding capacity,coupled with teachers' natural reduction,long sick leave or maternity leave,etc.,insufficient manning quotas far lower than actual demand,all caused a demand for teachers never than ever.To ensure normal teaching,many more schools in the city,compulsory education stage in particular,rely on the government to purchase services recruiting contract teachers.Contract teachers in public primary and secondary schools merit studying as they are gradually in trend.Based on the survey of 500 contract teachers in public primary and secondary schools in B district,A city,explores internally and externally its relevant shaping factors such associal evaluation and recognition,salary and welfare benefits,job stability,promotion opportunities,protection of rights and interests,school management and the teachers themselves,these involve three levels,the nation and society,the school internal management,and the contract teachers themselves.And this paper analyzed comprehensively the status quo of occupation of the sense of happiness for contract teachers.By analyzingthe status quoand incorporating foreign experience,this paper explores the strategy to improve such contract teachers' occupation of the sense of happiness in terms of three levels,the nation and society,the school internal management,and the contract teachers themselves.At the state and society level,we shall create a good social atmosphere,increase the government financial investment,and enhance dynamic and scientific management on teachers' quotas;at the school internal management level,we should value the career guide for contract teachers,cater to their psychological needs,establish training system,build a good interpersonal environment and perfect the incentive system;for the teachers themselves,they need more professional identity,a more proactive working attitude,and better teaching ability,etc.
