Research On The Construction Of Campus Culture Of Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Secondary School Of Guangdong Province

The period of high school is the key time for the students to form their values,outlook on life and ideal faith.It plays an irreplaceable part in the further implementation of the education policy,optimization of the education environment,and the promotion of the comprehensive development of students" personality by strengthening the construction of campus culture.Therefore,how to play the incentive and guide function of high school campus culture,and promote the healthy growth of students,is a problem worth a further consideration of all the educators.This essay is to focus on the research on the construction of the campus culture,on the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign research situation of campus culture,selecting the Zhongshan overseas Chinese secondary school as a case.This essay consists of 4 parts.The first part is the introduction,which,in light of the present condition of the construction of campus culture,highlights the reason and significance of the thesis.The second part is theoretical discussion of the construction of campus culture of high school,making clear the relevant concepts,characteristics and functions of campus culture of high school.The third part is the analysis and summary of the achievements of the physical environment,brand construction,and practice,through the investigation about the present situation of the construction of campus culture of Zhongshan overseas Chinese secondary school,as well as the deficiency of the values,system management,and campus spirit,etc.The fourth part summarizes the experience of the construction of campus culture of Zhongshan overseas Chinese secondary school,respectively from four aspects,such as the concept,objectives,principles and methods,highlighting the innovations in the construction of campus culture in the school.Finally,according to the new situation faced by the construction of campus culture in secondary school,new challenges should be predicted in the construction of campus culture of the overseas Chinese secondary school,hence some suggestions and ideas will be needed to solve the problems,in the hope that through combing in this way,an operable mode of the construction of campus culture can be summed up to provide reference for other overseas Chinese secondary school in the construction of campus culture.
