Objective: in this paper, according to a variety of training items to extract and change the integrated action, draw lessons from the characteristics of lower limb strength training and related training content and plan, for the issues of attention in practice and other issues were studied and analyzed, through the summary and improvement of a set of simple, easy to operate, strong exercise intervention program and through the way of circular training for 12 weeks The purpose of this experiment is to improve the muscle strength and balance ability of the lower limbs of the elderly. Methods: 60 old people who met the requirements were selected as the experimental subjects by means of leaflet and web page forwarding.Through the BTE Primus RS simulation function test evaluation training system and korebalance balance measurement system, the pre-test was carried out on the experimental subjects. After the exercise intervention, the same experimental subjects were tested after the exercise intervention. The data were analyzed and processed by Excel and spss20.0statistical software to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the collected data.Result:1.The mean peak moment of left ankle extensor, the mean peak moment of left ankle flexor, the relative peak moment of left ankle flexor and the muscle strength ratio of left ankle flexor and extensor before and after the experiment have very significant significance(P < 0.01);the mean peak moment of right ankle extensor, the average peak moment of right ankle flexor, the relative peak moment of left ankle extensor, the relative average peak moment of right ankle flexor and the muscle strength ratio of bilateral ankle extensor There was no significant difference in the relative peak moment of right ankle extensor and the ratio of right ankle flexor and extensor before and after the experiment(P > 0.05).2.The measured data of left knee flexor and extensor muscle strength ratio before and after the experiment are of great significance(P < 0.01);average peak moment of left knee extensor, average peak moment of right knee extensor, relative average peak moment of right knee extensor, average peak moment of left knee flexor, average peak moment of right knee flexor, relative peak moment of left knee flexor, relative average peak moment of right knee flexor and extensor muscle strength ratio of right knee There was no significant difference in the relative peak torque of left knee extensor(P > 0.05).3.Under the condition of korebalance standing with eyes closed(static),there was no significant difference between the data before and after the BIS experiment(P > 0.05),the data before and after the FBR experiment had very significant significance(P <0.01),and the data before and after the RLR experiment had significant significance(P < 0.05).Under the condition of korebalance standing with one foot open eyes(static),the data before and after the experiment of overall balance score(BIS)were significant(P< 0.05),the data before and after the experiment of forward and backward balance rate(FBR)were significant(P < 0.05),and the data before and after the experiment of left and right balance rate(RLR)were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).In korebalance dynamic trajectory test, the data of bis before and after the experiment were significant(P < 0.05),the data of FBR before and after the experiment were significant(P < 0.01),and the data of RLR before and after the experiment had no significant difference(P > 0.05).4.Simple test:(1)There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)before and after the eight foot walk test(s).(2)The standing time of one leg closed eyes(s)before and after the experiment was significant(P < 0.05).(3)The scores of Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and the data before and after the experiment were significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Due to the particularity of the physical basis and physical quality of the elderly, the prevention and treatment of exercise intensity, duration and injury in the process of exercise intervention should be paid attention to.In this paper, compared with other training methods, the exercise intervention of circular training method is more simple, easy to learn and effective.2.Through 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the overall data of lower limb muscle strength of the elderly showed a trend of overall improvement, indicating that this intervention is effective. It can effectively help the elderly to improve the lower limb muscle strength and balance ability.
