Objective:To observe whether the intervention of postmenopausal women in Shanghai for one year's daytime outdoor aerobics exercise has influence on serum 25?OH?D level, bone mineral density and lower extremity muscle strength,It provides a theoretical basis for postmenopausal women to reduce the risk of falls and fractures after falls. Methods:Fifty female 50-70-year-old menopause women aged 2 years or more in Yangpu District of Shanghai City were selected as the study subjects.16 subjects in the experimental group?referred to as E group?,outdoor aerobics from 9:30 to 10:30 in the morning and 7 times a week for a period of one year. The paired sample T test was used to examine whether the exercise had effects on serum vitamin D,bone mineral density, and lower limb muscle strength. The control group:aerobics in the evening?C1=10?,walk in the evening?C2=15?,non-exercise group?C0=9?,The evening exercise group consisted of 6:00 to 8:00 in the evening and Seven times a week.one-way analysis of variance was used to compare the effects of different time periods and different exercise programs on postmenopausal women's vitamin D,lower extremity muscle strength, and bone mineral density.Pearson's simple correlation analysis was used to analyze factors affecting postmenopausal women's vitamin D,bone mineral density, lower extremity muscle strength, and falls. Results:After intervention, right hand grip strength in group E increased significantly?P<0.05?,and was significantly better than that of C1 and C0 groups?P<0.05?;seat body flexion improved significantly?P<0.05?;5-CST completion time decreased?P<0.05?.<0.01),and significantly less than C1 group?P<0.05?,C0 group?P<0.01?;TUGT completion time was significantly reduced?P<0.01?,and significantly less than C1,C0 group?P<0.01?;CS The number of completions of-30 was significantly increased?P<0.01?,and the number of completions was significantly more than that of C0 group?P<0.05?and C1 group?P<0.01?;the average distance from the center to the straight line of 10 meters closed eyes decreased?P<0.05?.The distance from the center was significantly shorter than that in the C2 and C0 groups?P<0.05?;the stand-up time of the closed eyes was significantly increased?P<0.05?.?2?After intervention, the bone density of upper limbs of group E decreased?P<0.05?;the bone density of skull, lower extremity bones and ribs increased to varying degrees, and the bone trunk, pelvis, spine bone and whole body bone density had different degrees.Decline, statistically no significant difference. There was no statistical difference in bone mineral density, upper and lower extremities, and body muscle mass between the experimental and control groups. The body fat mass of group C1 was higher than that of group C0?P<0.05?.?3?After intervention,25?OH?D and 25?OH?D3 increased in E group, and was higher than C2 group, but there was no statistical significance;PTH increased significantly?P<0.01?;FSH decreased significantly?P<0.05?,and FSH in C2 group was significantly higher than that in C0 group?P<0.01?.?4?BMI?P<0.01?was positively correlated with bone mineral density in upper limbs;body weight, lower limb fat mass, and lower limb muscle mass?P<0.01?were positively correlated with lower limb bone mineral density;age was negatively correlated with lower limb bone mineral density.?P<0.01?;25?OH?D was significantly positively correlated with lower limb bone mineral density, and 25?OH?D3 was significantly positively correlated with lower limbs, trunk, ribs, pelvis, spine, and whole body bone density?P<0.01?.?5?BMI was positively correlated with lower limb muscle mass?P<0.01?,and weight was positively correlated with lower limb muscle mass?P<0.01?.?6?The serum 25?OH?D level was negatively correlated with the distance from the center of the 10m eye line and the PTH?P<0.05?.Conclusions:?1?The outdoor aerobics during the day is more effective than the evening aerobics and walking in order to increase the upper body's muscle strength and agility.?2?The outdoor aerobics during the day is more effective for postmenopausal women to synthesize vitamin D than at night.?3?The influence of different sports, different exercise time, and whether exercise on bone mineral density is not great.?4?Daytime outdoor aerobics can improve post-menopausal women's upper limb muscle strength, sensitivity, flexibility, lower extremity muscle strength, lower extremity explosive power, and balance ability;increase serum vitamin D levels;the effect on bone mineral density improvement is not obvious.Suggestions:?1?It is recommended that postmenopausal women adhere to moderate outdoor exercise and increase sunlight exposure;attention should be paid to diets rich in calcium and vitamin D,and if necessary, vitamin D fortified foods or vitamin D supplements to ensure 25?OH?D level is maintained at more than 20 ng/ml;?2?It is recommended to create as many hands-on movements as possible when creating an aerobic dance step.?3?It is recommended that post-menopausal women practice some resistance exercises while performing an aerobics exercise.
