Lower limb muscle strength is an important guarantee for people to successfully complete walking, running, jumping and other movements, and it is the basic factor affecting the human body's ability to exercise.A report on the physical condition of teenagers in China indicates that the physical condition of college students is worrying.Compared with boys, girls' physical fitness declined more obviously and they were more likely to suffer sports injuries.Studies have shown that the correct physical exercise can enhance the muscle strength of the lower limbs, increase the stability of the joints, improve the human body in the movement of running and jumping ability, for the human body posture control and balance ability to provide guarantee.Mass aerobics is a kind of barehanded exercise which integrates gymnastics, dance and music to improve health, shape body and cultivate beautiful sentiment.Step aerobics is on the basis of unarmed aerobics, the use of pedal equipment to do step, step exercise to increase the intensity of exercise, through overcoming their own gravity,to enhance leg strength, improve the body control ability and cardiopulmonary function.Based on this, the research uses the literature material method, experimental method and mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other research methods,non-professional sports 57 female college students in Suzhou university as subjects, with the mass aerobics, step aerobics, and mass aerobics combined with step aerobics as a means of exercise intervention, contrast analysis mass aerobics and step aerobics effects on the female college students' lower limb muscle strength,to provide a variety of options for female college students to participate in physical exercise, further enriching the content of college PE class, and to promote the development of popularization of step aerobics in colleges and universities to provide the reference.Research results:(1)Mass aerobics groupThe results of knee joint at 60°/s after the experiment in the mass aerobics group showed that there was no significant difference in flexor peak torque, extensor peak torque and torque-bending ratio, but there was a significant difference in the flexor total work(P<0.05)and a very significant difference in the extensor total work(P<0.01).The results of 180°/s test showed that there was no significant difference in flexor peak torque, extensor peak torque,torque-bending ratio, flexor total work, and extensor endurance ratio, but there was a significant difference in flexor endurance ratio(P<0.05)and a very significant difference in total extensor work(P<0.01).After the experiment, the results of ankle joint at 60°/s showed that:there was no significant difference in extensor peak torque, the torque-bending ratio, the flexor total work and the extensor total work, but there was a significant difference in flexor peak torque(P<0.05).The results of 180°/s test showed that:flexor peak torque, extensor peak torque,torque-bending ratio, flexor total power, extensor total power, flexor endurance ratio and extensor endurance ratio showed no significant difference. The results of lower limb strength diathesis test showed that there was a significant difference between standing long jump and 1-minute squat(P<0.01).(2)Step aerobics groupThe results of knee joint at 60°/s after the experiment in the aerobic pedal exercise group showed that:there was no significant difference in flexor peak torque and torque-bending ratio, but there was a significant difference in the flexor total work(P<0.05),and there was a very significant difference in the total flexor peak torque and extensor total work(P<0.01).The results of the knee joint at 180°/s showed that there was no significant difference in flexor peak torque,torque-bending ratio, flexor total work, flexor endurance ratio, and extensor endurance ratio, but there was a significant difference in extensor peak torque(P<0.05)and a very significant difference in extensor total work(P<0.01).After the experiment, the results of ankle joint at 60°/s showed that there was no significant difference in flexor peak torque,torque-bending ratio and flexor total work, while there was a significant difference in extensor peak torque(P<0.05)and a very significant difference in extensor total work(P<0.01).The results of 180°/s test showed that there was no significant difference in flexor peak torque, flexor total work,or flexor endurance ratio, but significant difference in extensor peak torque,torque-bending ratio,or extensor endurance ratio(P<0.05),and significant difference in extensor total work(P<0.01).The results of lower limb strength diathesis test showed that there was a significant difference between standing long jump and 1-minute squat(P<0.01).(3)Mass aerobics combined with step aerobics groupThe results of knee joint at 60°/s after the experiment in the mass aerobics group combined with the aerobic pedal exercise group showed that there was no significant difference in flexor peak torque,torque-bending ratio, flexor total work, and extensor total work, while there was a significant difference in extensor peak torque(P<0.01).The results of the knee joint at 180°/s showed that there was no significant difference in the flexor peak torque,torque-bending ratio, flexor total work, and the extensor endurance ratio, but there was a significant difference in the ratio of extensor peak torque and flexor endurance ratio(P<0.05),and a very significant difference in the ratio of extensor total work(P<0.01).After the experiment, the results of ankle joint at 60°/s showed that there was no significant difference in flexor peak torque, extensor peak torque,torque-bending ratio and flexor total work, while there was a significant difference in extensor total work(P<0.05).The results of 180°/s test showed that there was no significant difference in flexor peak torque, extensor peak torque,f torque-bending ratio, flexor total work, extensor total work, flexor endurance ratio and extensor endurance ratio. The results of lower limb strength diathesis test showed that there was a significant difference between standing long jump and minute squat(P<0.01).Research conclusion:(1)Long-term practice of mass aerobics, step aerobics and mass aerobics combined with step aerobics is conducive to strengthening the muscle strength of knee and ankle flexor and extensor muscles of female college students, and has a positive impact on the improvement of lower limb explosive force and strength endurance quality of female college students.Different forms of exercise have different stimulation effects on the flexor and extensor muscles of the knee and ankle joints of lower limbs, and have different influences on the strength quality of lower limbs.(2)Mass aerobics is more conducive to strengthening the flexor strength of female college students' ankle joints and promoting the coordination and stability of ankle joint plantar flexion and dorsiflexion.(3)Step aerobics is helpful to improve the flexor and extensor strength of the knee joint and the ankle joint of female college students, and the stimulation effect of the extensor is better than the flexor muscle. In addition,it has a positive effect on improving the performance of female college students' 1min squat and developing the strength and endurance quality of lower limbs.(4)The combination of mass aerobics and step aerobics is more conducive to improving the standing long jump performance of female college students, and has a positive impact on enhancing the explosive force of lower limbs.
