Since the reform and opening up in the last century,the rapid development of China's economy,the industrial structure has changed a great.A large number of young people into the city to work,resulting in a number of rural students gradually become rural left behind students.And these left behind students and is in a critical period of growth and development,at this time,parents away,lack of affection,along with good family education appeared short board phenomenon-the left behind students have good habits,resulting in part of the rural left behind students and even illegal crime road of no return.With the passage of time,the rural students left the problem has become more and more serious,so we have to pay attention to their education.The according to the author's teaching practice and through a series of investigation and research and to develop education is characteristic of the national characteristics of the school and Hubei Province Yunyang District Ju Valley elementary school as an example,from the following aspects process are discussed.First,by consulting a lot of literature,and I study in the UK experience and in the perspective of scientific research and analysis,and reference pedagogics,psychology related theory knowledge,from why to this study and why to domestic keep students nurturance education of.Secondly,discusses our country rural left behind children develop educational situation,the students left the origin,nurturance education definition,content and nurturance education characteristics.Again,this Ju Tongkuangyu primary nurturance education overview,first of Ju Tongkuangyu primary left behind Student's present situation analysis,after find out Ju Valley elementary school students left in form the problems existing in the education,followed by the presentation of Ju Valley elementary school students left to develop the impact of lack of education,then the Ju Valley elementary school left behind students develop reasons for the lack of education were analyzed.Then,describe the educational characteristics,the continuous expansion of the refinement to develop the Ju Tongkuangyu primary prompted"nurturance education series;sound organization,prompting" develop specific education;improve the system,prompting "nurturance education standardization;effective management measures,make" nurturance education normalization.Finally,it is concluded that the characteristics of Ju Tongkuangyu primary nurturance education brings us inspiration,we can the to the students and their parents to do lectures on;at the same time,to strengthen the school important roles in education to cultivate,synchronized with the rendering environment,promote students to develop good habits.From the "develop education" school characteristics,Ju Valley elementary school,to develop education achievement,we not difficult to see,"to develop education is not a fantasy,of course,more is not achieved overnight of a thing,as long as we follow the students'cognitive and growth development law,regardless of in what kind of situation we develop education or count can be applied.Hope that our experience can give more rural left behind students in the "form of education" to bring the gospel.
