With the rapid development of China's urbanization,the rural youth have flocked to the city.The pressure of the city and the instability of the work make a large number of primary school students forced to stay in the countryside with their grandparents.Without the control of parents,these left behind primary school students in the new rural areas in the Internet era can not be effectively supervised by their guardians.They are facing the threat of being occupied by games,TV and mobile phones in their spare time.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the leisure time of rural left behind primary school students and promote the development of good leisure thought of rural left behind primary school students.In this paper,417 left behind primary school students from four primary schools in H township of Hengshan County were selected as the research objects,Through the interview and investigation of 10 headteachers and 24 left behind pupils,combined with the comparative study of parents' questionnaires of left behind pupils and non left behind pupils,Statistical analysis found that community,school,family leisure management is an important factor affecting the quality of rural left behind pupils' leisure.The main problems in the current time management of rural left behind primary school students are the educators' biased and shallow concept of leisure,the leisure activities of left behind primary school students approaching adults,the scarce and limited leisure facilities,the management mode of left behind primary school students' guardians "letting themselves go" and the home school connection of "shortage and runaway".In the dissection,the author concludes that the main causes of these problems are the imbalance of family education function,the lack of school education oriented function,the lagging development of rural activity facilities and the impact of "intelligence" and "only".In this regard,the author puts forward some feasible plans in combination with relevant literature,namely,integrating rural school resources,optimizing leisure environment;strengthening children's supervision,rebuilding leisure culture;giving full play to leading functions,enriching leisure activities;strengthening self-awareness,improving leisure literacy;learning from the experience of foreign primary school students' leisure education.Through the cooperation of government,school and family,it can provide some help to improve the management of rural left behind pupils' leisure time.
