A Perceptual Hashing Algorithm Based Computer Work Management System:Research And Implementation

A decade progression,more and more students are participating “The national primary and secondary school computer work contest ” now,Its influence range is also more and more wide,the influence is more and more big.However,a series of problems emerge which need a work managing system to enhance the quality of the contest.Information construction is urgently needed to solve these problems.In or der to solve this problem,we designed a computer management system to better manage the contest in this paper,.The main problem emerged is some participants submit their works by slightly modifying the others? work.In this case,a perceptual Hashing based algorithm is integrated in our system,which effectively prevented plagiarism.In this algorithm,a pre-processing is carried out to reduce the influence of noise and changing of hue.Then,the perceptual Hashing feature of the participating works collected to compare with the features stored in the database.In this way plagiarism works are automatically detected.The quality of submitted works is largely enhanced by this algorithm.On the other hand,as more and more works are submitted every year,the effective management of the works is very Inefficiency.We therefore applied J2 EE technology in our system to manage the participating works.In this system,work managing,cataloging searching and pre-viewing are implemented.At the same time,RAID and Hot stand by technology are implemented to increase the efficiency of work management of large quantity of works,in order to adapt to the number of computer works more and more development trend.In this project,plagiarism auto-detection and computer-assisted work management are applied,which will enhance the quality of participating works as well as the efficiency of work management.By implementing the aforementioned system,“The national primary and secondary school computer work contest” will have a better development.
