Objective:The study on the influence of postprandial exercise on the blood glucose, blood lipids, and intestinal microbiota with different intensityMethods:(1)Screening and domestication of animals:8 weeks clean SD male rats, adaptive feed with free diet for a week. All rats learning run on the treadmill at the speed of 10 m/min,and abanded the rats with won't run, then group them.(2)Group:The running-rats randomly divided into three groups:Low intensity exercise group(L),high intensity exercise group(H),control group(C),t-en rats in per group.(3)Programs:Diet of rats is adjusted for regular three meals a day,5 hours between two meals,a meal from each feeding to stop eating and 3-5g food will be consumed in a meal with each rat. After two weeks adjusted, when the rats have a normal diet, and then start the experiment.30 min later since stopped eating, low intensity exercise group(L)doing treadmill-running at the speed of 15m/min for 1 hour, and high intensity exercise group(H)doing so at the speed of 25 m/min for 1 hour, while the control group no exercise[1].And exercise doing 5 days a week.(4)Experimental peroid:12 weeks.(5)Experimental index collection and detection:?Detection of the intestinal mic-robiota:2 week,4 week,6 week,8 week,10 week,12 week)Collect all the feces of the rats, then storage them at-80?.?Body weight:(pre-exercise,2 week,4 week,6 week,8 week,10 week,12 week),record the body weight, then assessed the effects of exercise on body weight.?Blood glucose:In the first three days of a week, collected 1-2?L tail vein blood,Roche type dynamic blood sugar test paper is used to test the blood glucose in rats before and after exercise.?Blood lipid:(2 week,4 week,6 week,8 week,10 week,12 week)angular take blood 2 ml and save the blood serum, then explore the concentration changes of HDL,LDL,T-CHO,TG and NEFA in blood serum.Results:1 The impact of postprandial exercise on the intestinal microbiotaRT-PCR results showed that postprandial exercise really has a significant effect on the intestinal flora.Among them, the Lactobacillus and Enterobacter are increased significantly in the exercised rats, and there was no different between low intensity and high intensity exercise, while the Bifidobacterium increased only in the low intensity erexcise. The Staphylococcus aureus and Eubacterium rectale are decreased in the two exercised groups. From all the experimental periods, exercise really has a significant influence on the intestinal microbiota, and the influence was divided by the exercise intensity.2 The impact of postprandial exercise on the weight of the rats. The weight of the rats has no different within the first 4 weeks compared with control group, while 4 weeks later, the weight gain rate was slow in the low intensity exercise, and the weight loss rate was 5%.However,the effects of different exercise intensities on body weight were also different,in this experiment, during the 6 week to the 12 week, the weight of low intensity exercise were significantly less than the high intensity exercise. While the weight of high intensity exercise-rats were less than the control group only in the 12 week.3 The impact of postprandial exercise on the blood glucose of the rats. The blood glucose has significantly increased of the exercised rat,and low intensity exercise(L)increased more, and the effect was negatively correlated with exercise intensity.4 The impact of postprandial exercise on the blood lipids of the rats.During all the experiment, serum triglyceride concentration in the low intensity exercise group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the 4 week.In the high intensity exercise group, serum triglyceride concentration was significantly higher than that of the control group at the 2 week, and then has been lower than the control group. In movement 6 and 10 weeks, serum HDL cholesterol concentrationsin the exercise group significantly lower than the control group,by the end of the 12 week, high density lipoprotein concentration of the three groups are all increased, but the control group had no significant increase, while the growth amplitude motion group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein concentration was significantly decreased in exercise group, and the reduction rate and exercise intensity is positively related continued for a period of time.In movement 4 weeks,12 weeks, the free fatty acid concentration of exercise group was significantly higher than that of control group and the growth rate and is inversely proportional to the exercise intensity, and significantly lower than the control group(c)at the 10 weeks, and reduction rate and is proportional to exercise intensity.Conclusion:1.The intestinal flora, blood glucose and blood lipids have physiological fluctuations for postprandial exercise.2.After low intensity exercise,Lactobacillus bacteria first decreased and then increased,Bifidobacterium first increased and then decreased,Enterobacterium changed not obviouly,Staphylococcus aureus, and Eubacterium decreased and accompanied with elevated blood glucose, blood lipid and weight loss.3.In the high intensity exercise group,Lactobacillus elevated,Bifidobacterium increased first and then decreased,Enterobacter changed not obvious,Staphylococcus aureus increased first and then decreased,Eubacterium reduced, and accompanied with elevated blood sugar, reduce blood fat, weight change is not obvious.4.In the high intensity exercise group,Lactobacillus elevated,Bifidobacterium increased first and then decreased,Enterobacter changed not obviously,Staphylococcus aureus increased first and then decreased,Eubacterium reduced, and accompanied with elevated blood sugar, reduced blood fat and weight change is not obvious.5.The concentration of the triglyceride is positive correlation to the Bifidobacterium, the concentration of the blood glucose was negatively correlated with the concentration of the Eubacterium...
