Object: By observing the effects of 8 weeks aerobic exercise intervention on lipid regulation and intestinal flora of obese youth, the article analyzes the influence of aerobic exercise in regulating blood lipids, improving the internal relationship between intestinal flora composition and diversity and the role it plays in reducing weight model thereby. Methods:To launch the experiment it randomly recruited 40 college students from the new campus of Shandong Sports University as research objects.Among them,11 college students whose BMI ? 22 were taken as normal control group, and 29 of college students with BMI over 28 were listed as experimental group. The normal control group did not receive aerobic exercise intervention, while the obese group received moderate intensity aerobic exercise for 8 weeks. The experiment then recorded the data of body weight and BMI index from both the obese group and the normal control group before and after the intervention;while TG,TC,HDL and LDL were measured by the automatic biochemical analyzer;and using 16 S rDNA sequencing compared the changes of gut microbiota structure and diversity.Results:1.It shows the eight-week aerobic exercise intervention can bring down the weight and BMI of obese college students, but the difference is insignificant(P>0.05).2.Comparing with the data from the control group, the levels of TG,TC,and LDL in the obese group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the HDL level was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Comparing with the data collected before intervention aerobic exercise, the HDL level of obese objects in blood serum after aerobic exercise intervention has an upward trend, meanwhile the changes of TG,TC,LDL indicators were not statistically significant but revealed downward trends.3.Comparing with the normal group, the bifidobacterium and clostridium in obese group before receiving the aerobic exercise were significantly lower(p<0.05);while theruminococcaceae_UCG-002 and desulforibrionaceae were significantly higher(P<0.05).Comparing with the data collected before the intervention exercise, the obese group after receiving 8-week aerobic exercise has higher bifidobacterium and clostridium in the intestine(P<0.05),and its ruminococcaceae_UCG-002 and desulforibrionaceae were significantly reduced(p<0.05).4.Comparing with the data collected before exercise intervention, the chao index of the intestinal microbiota in obese group was significantly increased after exercise treatment(P<0.05),indicating that 8-week aerobic exercise can increase the diversity of gut microbiota.5.Through the analysis of the correlation of the data,it was found that there were a certain numbers of correlation between changes in blood parameters and changes in gut microbiota. There was a positive correlation between Bifidobacterium,Clostridium, and HDL in the normal and obese subjects before and after receiving the aerobic exercise intervention.Conclusions:1.After 8 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention, the weight and BMI of obese young people decreased.2.Obese young people have dyslipidemia, and the gut microbiota species richness and diversity are declined.3.With moderate intensity aerobic exercise intervention,it can improve the lipid metabolism of young obese subjects.4.Moderate intensity aerobic exercise intervention can change the composition of intestinal flora in young obese objects,it may be closely related to the improvement of body shape in obese young subjects.5.Moderate intensity aerobic exercise intervention improves the gut microbiota Chao index of obese young subjects.6.The correlation between blood and gut microbiota was analyzed, and abnormal lipid metabolism can lead to imbalance of gut microbiota. The significant increase of fat accumulation is an important factor that leads to undesirable changes in body shape.
