Based on full absorbability in the domestic and foreign service quality evaluation and management,this paper integrates children's pedagogy,management,service management theory,etc.From the point of kindergarten's education and service products,it views customer-perceived evaluation method of service quality by introducing SERVQUAL kindergarten education and service quality evaluation.Moreover,a SERVQUAL questionnaire is made for all kindergartens and 14 Future Tops Kindergartens were investigated by it.The results of the survey are analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software,finding that between customers' feeling and expectations of the kindergarten commonly exist a gap,and the kindergarten's price and customers' evaluation of the quality are relative.It also uses "service quality gap model",a comprehensive method of researching structured service,to research kindergarten's education service quality.And then it has an analysis of internal gap and its causes,and puts forward some targeted suggestion on the improvement of education and service quality of kindergarten,such as understanding customers' needs,establishing good relationship with customers and keeping the best teachers,etc.The research methods and ideas of this paper have great significance to understand customers' demand for kindergarten,to evaluate service quality,and to improve the service quality,as it provides the scientific and reasonable tool for the construction of the kindergarten education and service quality management system and enhance the kindergarten education service quality.
