At present,the economic situation of our country is changing rapidly,the interlaced social contradictions and the changeable labor market make more and more deep-seated employment contradictions appear in the public vision.The main functions of the Public Employment Service Agencies Are Employment Training,employment guidance,and helping the people with employment difficulties to find employment again,the aim is to solve the problem of social employment at the level of government function.In this paper,the quality of Public Employment Service in city A is taken as the research object,and many methods such as expert interview,Literature Research,questionnaire survey,etc.,to master the basic situation of public employment service in city A,to understand the current situation of public employment service quality in city A,to find out the problems and to analyze the reasons Secondly,combined with relevant theories,it constructs the evaluation index system of public employment service quality suitable for city A,uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight,forms the comprehensive evaluation model,and makes the evaluation score according to the evaluation standard by the experts,the overall evaluation result of the quality of public employment service in city a is obtained.Finally,the feasible suggestions and strategies are put forward according to the work.Through the research of this paper,it enriches the relevant theory of public employment service quality,and provides the basis for policy makers to make relevant policies,we can find an effective way to increase the number of jobs and adjust the training content according to market requirements to improve the employment rate Strengthening the management of the departments’ functions and personnel distribution,the introduction and training of talents,and the management of public welfare posts with a view to further improving the level of public employment service in City A,and for other cities and counties to enhance the capacity of employment services play a certain degree of significance,to promote the steady development of National Public Employment Services.
