In2010, the state issued the document "The Outline of long-term Reform andDevelopment of National Education (2010-2020)", which clearly proposed improvingthe quality of higher education comprehensively. To improve quality is the core taskof higher education development and the basic requirement of constructting the statewith powerful high education. The College Employment Service is an important partof higher education service quality and directly affects the quality of higher educationservice quality. And the quality evaluation of College employment service is the basisand important prerequisite of improving the college employment service quality.Based on the SERVQUAL model of PZB, the paper does the study on the qualityevaluation of college employment service, which not only expands the theory contentand applying scope of SERVQUAL model, but also enriches the theory of collegeemployment service evaluation. Therefore, the study of the college employmentservices quality evaluation, based on the SERVQUAL model of PZB, has a certainsignificance in practice and theory.The College Employment Services Quality Evaluation is the core of this study.Firstly, building a College Employment Services Quality Evaluation Model andproposing study hypotheses relative, on the basic of theoretical explanations andresearch review, and based on the SERVQUAL model of PZB. Secondly, preparing auniversity employment service quality assessment scale and pre-questionnaire, bybrowsing national regulations and policies about College employment in recent years,researched review for student Assessment about the College Employment Service andquestionnaire on the indicators of employment service. Using methods of expertjudgment, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to verify the reliability,contentvalidity and relevance validity of questionnaire. And then, taking Quanzhou NormalUniversity as an example to do the research about Employment Service QualityEvaluation, and using factor analysis, correlation analysis, T test, ANOVA forstatistical analysis of SPSS, to propose the policy recommendations to increase theemployment of college students perceive the quality of service. Finally, elaboratingthe conclusion and possible innovations of the study, and analyzing its insignificance and outlook.The study gets the conclusion as follows: based on theory of PZB’s SERVQUALto construct college employment service quality assessment model and establish thecollege employment service quality evaluation questionnaires with a high degree ofreliability and validity. It notebly exists that students’ perception and expectations ofcollege employment service quality. The five dimensions of college employmentservice quality and college employment service quality are significantly andpositively correlated significantly affected, and there is a linear relationship betweenemployment service quality and the responsiveness and empathy. The differencesbetween students’ gender, family economic status, graduates whereabouts has nosignificant effect on college employment service quality evaluation. The differencebetween normal and non-normal professional has a significant influence on qualityevaluation, to propose the policy recommendations to increase the employment ofcollege students perceive the quality of service.
