| Art education has an irreplaceable role in human development,which will help students to establish a correct aesthetic concept,to cultivate noble moral sentiment and to stimulate imagination and creativity.Art teacher is the main force as well as the backbone of student quality education.The key for developing art education and the all-round development of high-quality talents is the construction of a high-quality art teacher team.Based on the above content,this thesis attempts to study the status quo of art teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province from the perspective of provincial art education development,exploring the problems and causes of art teachers,and offer some suggestions.In addition to the introduction,this thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is the in-depth analysis of the status of art teachers of the primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province.The author mainly focuses on the amount,structure,training,research,treatment etc.of the current art teacher team of primary and secondary of.This part is the basis of the research topics of the thesis.In the second part,the author explores the main problems and causes of the construction of art teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province.In-depth analysis on five aspects of art teachers: the exceeded amount of teachers while lack of art disciplines,the structural contradictions,the improvement of the overall professional quality,the enhancement of training and quality,and the further improvement.This part is the key of the whole study.The third part puts forward the reform strategy for the construction of art teachers,which is combined with the actual development of art education in primary and middle schools in Shandong Province.In this part the author mainly elaborates from the following angles: establishing a scientific teacher supplement mechanism to allocate and rent art teachers;making full use of various types of art education resources for the establishment of aesthetic education coordination mechanism;establishing an innovative art teacher training system for the vigorous improvement of the overall quality of teachers;improving the art teacher protection mechanism to improve the treatment of art teachers.This part is the core of the whole study.In this thesis,the author starts from the reality of the development of art education in Shandong Province,trying to sort out some new reform strategy of art education,and trying to find out the construction of art teachers in primary and middle schools,especially offering countermeasures and suggestions on the strengthening of team building of art teachers in rural primary and middle school.It is hoped that this thesis can provide valuable enlightenment for the theory and practice of the construction of art teachers in primary and middle schools in Shandong Province. |
