Under the background of the era of knowledge economy,"Double gen" type talent cultivation is the development trend of higher education.Innovation ability is an important index of core ability of college students.The practice teaching as the key link in the process of cultivating talents in colleges and universities,Students' innovative entrepreneurial ability plays a vital role in training.The "double gen" talent training into practice teaching in colleges and universities,From the perspective of the "double gen" to discuss the problem of university teaching practice mode and reform path,Has a strong practical significance.In an age of "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation" background,How to reform the practice teaching mode,Cultivate the innovative entrepreneurial talent,Is the problem to be solved.Local financial institutions the construction of practical teaching mode should be based on its professional features,Optimize the practice teaching system,Aiming at the problems existing in the practice teaching mode reform and innovation,To promote the cultivation of college students' innovative undertaking ability.This article from the perspective of the "double gen" perfect practical teaching mode in the teaching process,to construct the university fosters the talent standard practice teaching mode,has important practical significance to the development of itself,but also for the same type of practice teaching reform in colleges and universities.The author first of all,both at home and abroad about the practice teaching and research on the basis of the "double gen",defines the related concepts and theoretical basis,and second,a senior student at Shandong university of finance and economics,part of the practice teaching management and experiment teaching center of teachers as the research object,conducts the investigation and study through interview and questionnaire survey,understand the present situation of Shandong university of finance and the practice teaching mode,analysis the existing problems.Then,based on the investigation and analysis,the new practice teaching mode is based on cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability.In the end,the new practice teaching mode is constructed and the corresponding safeguards are put forward.Hope that this study constructed based on the practice teaching of "double gen" talent training mode for the reform of teaching mode in the practice of other local financial institutions to provide certain reference and reference.
