Local applied colleges "Double-qualified" teachers bear the responsibility of cultivating applied talents and revitalizing regional economy,there are currently problems such as vague identification of "Double-qualified" teachers,inconsistent evaluation standards,and insufficient competence of "Double-qualified" teachers in local applied colleges.This study defines "Double-qualified" teachers through literature and interview methods,and selects the "Double-qualified" teachers in 3local applied colleges in Hubei region as the research object,and investigates the competence of 264 "Double-qualified" teachers using the "Double-qualified" teacher competent model of local applied colleges.Through the questionnaire method and the interview method,we find that there are three main problems in the existence of "Double-qualified" teachers in local applied colleges.In the aspect of teachers' professional quality,"Double-qualified" teachers lack the teacher's professional identity,teacher's professional knowledge and industry front line off,see the learning consciousness is not strong,in the teacher's professional practice ability quality,"Double-qualified" teachers have the problem of lack of practical experience of enterprises,practice-oriented horizontal research problems;In the aspect of teachers' teaching ability,"Double-qualified" teachers have problems of insufficient classroom interaction ability,old teaching methods,and insufficient combination of theory and practice.For the causes of the problem,through the reference to literature and expert interviews,the in-depth analysis,and based on the reasons put forward three practical countermeasures.First,to enhance the professional quality of "Double-qualified" teachers,including strengthening the "Double-qualified" teacher's professional identity,strengthening the "Double-qualified" teacher's three consciousness,training "Double-qualified" teacher's artisan spirit.Second,to enhance the practical ability of "Double-qualified" teachers,including broadening the channels of "Double-qualified" teachers' practical ability to exercise,establishing the relevant system for cultivating the practical ability of "Double-qualified" teachers,and perfecting the policy of "Double-qualified" teachers to devote themselves to practical teaching;Third,improve the teaching ability of "Double-qualified" teachers,including the establishment of "Double-qualified" teacher teaching "three-in-one" training model,improve the "Double-qualified" teacher teaching incentive mechanism,improve the "Double-qualified" teacher teaching evaluation system.
