Research Zibo City Campus Football Competitions Conducted Safeguard Mechanism

In 2009,the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education jointly launched the National Youth campus football activities,Zibo City,has become the first pilot city.Zibo City as the birthplace of ancient Kickball,the local government attaches great importance to carry out campus football activities,and actively organize football schools at all levels to carry out activities.With the further development of campus football activities,Zibo City campus football schools to participate in the competition increasing,the number of participants has reached a peak hold competitions since.However,in the event of a contest,there are many problems,such as: lack of venues and facilities,parents' attitude is not clear and so on.Zibo City,the current security mechanism can not meet the needs of competition undertaken seriously hampered the development of football on campus.In this paper,literature,interviews,field visits,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,Zibo City 21 football characteristics of the school campus football competition Present Situation for the study,mainly through the organization of competitions,participation in campus competition personnel,competition venues and publicity for the competition and other issues of competitive safeguard mechanism.In order to promote the development of Zibo City campus football competition to provide useful lessons.Conclusions of this study are as follows:First,sports training venues,coaches and referees are the key factors in the development of campus football competition,and now Zibo has gradually increased the construction of sports venues and the training of coaches and referees.But the current facilities still exist many defects,hard site easy to cause the student body injury,students' training level will be restricted;at the same time the coaches training hours are shorter,less professional knowledge.Second,the development of the competition needs the participation of students,the motivation of the students has a greater impact on the enthusiasm of the participation.In the training process,the coaches only pay more attention to the cultivation of skills and tactics,but ignore the cultivation of students' interests.Third,the sports injury often occurs in the process of competition phenomenon,Zibo city did not establish a perfect guarantee system of the human body injury in the process of carrying out the competition,causes the student body is injured by the school bear the relevant responsibility,aggravating the burden of school.Fourthly,students' participation in the football game is bound to affect the academic performance,which will affect the way of entering a higher school.However,Zibo has not established a good education policy,students rely on football can not enter a good school.By comparing the results of the analysis,Zibo City campus football to solve the race problem to carry out,promote the development of Zibo City campus football competition,establish a sound mechanism for the protection of competition conduct.
