Since the large-scale enrollment of higher education in our country,higher education has been an unprecedented development,while all kinds of new colleges and universities at all levels have sprung up,higher vocational colleges in this period is the rapid growth and development.The number of higher vocational colleges,the demand for teachers is more and more vigorous,more and more outstanding young people into the school to become a vocational college teachers,vocational college youth teachers began to become China's development of vocational education force.However,due to young teachers generally high academic qualifications,income is not high,the title is not high status quo,young teachers have the risk of loss.To this end,the study of vocational college teachers incentive problem has become China's development of higher vocational education an important issue.As a general vocational college in Hunan Province,Hunan WG Vocational College has an irrational pay structure and distribution in the aspect of young teachers' incentive.The evaluation system is not perfect,the training system is not perfect,the promotion of young teachers is difficult and the non-material Lack of incentives and other issues,only to solve these problems in order to maximize the potential of young teachers to play,so that young teachers and colleges and common development.This paper takes the young teachers of Hunan WG Vocational College as the research object,supported by Maslow's theory of demand hierarchy and two-factor theory,and used the method of market investigation to meet the satisfaction of the current incentive system and the related factors The author points out that the principle of "people-oriented" and "fair" and the principle of organic combination of material incentive factors and spiritual incentive factors should be followed by the principle of "people-oriented" and "fair" The Secondly,it puts forward seven specific countermeasures to solve the problem: establish the consciousness of the system of the incentive system,understand the demand status of the young teachers,pay attention to the coordination between the incentive factors and the health factors,implement the sustainable career planning,optimize the job evaluation system,improve the assessment Quality system and deepen the distribution system reform,the establishment of meritorious service remuneration system.Finally,the author puts forward to solve the problem of college teachers' incentive,and the college should also give the organization security from the strategic point of view,and the quality of the young teachers is also very important.This chapter is divided into four chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research status and research significance;the second chapter defines the relevant concepts and theories,provides theoretical support for the writing of this article;In order to find out the problems of the current incentive system;the fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of the young teachers in Hunan WG vocational college.In addition,the vocational college teachers incentive problem is a common problem,I hope that through case analysis,other similar institutions have enlightenment.
