Accompanied by reform of the spring, higher vocational education in our country from the "Lotus Just Buds" to the current "pick-day lotus infinite Bi",made remarkable achievements, in order to improve the technical level of production in our society has trained a large number of applied talent. The higher vocational education institutions to adapt to rapid development and advanced technology into the classroom needs, employed a large number of young teachers (this is defined as 40 years of age), makes the young teachers in higher vocational education teachers in the proportion of increasingly higher, so young teachers is already a major component of vocational education and force; as young teachers accept new things fast and have strong ability to adapt to new technologies, so the quality of young teachers will determine the future development of higher vocational colleges.Harvard University experts found that, in the absence of a stimulating environment, the potential for teachers to play only 20%-30% and may even cause the opposite effect; but in the appropriate incentive environment, the same teacher was able to play its potential 80%-90%.Thus, there is no incentive effect of the distribution system to reach the school is a huge waste of talent resources.In this context, the depth of mining vocational potential of young teachers, and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of their work, initiative and creativity, and fostering the development of both ability and integrity of the young teachers, creating a group of outstanding young talent, united, progressive, open enterprising team is a major issue for leaders of every vocational college to face.
