Research On Changsha City Campus Football Promotion And "He Long Cup" Football Match Development

At present,China's development of campus football has risen to the height of national strategy.Campus football activities are the most popular,the most extensive sports events,but also the school to participate in the implementation of the sun sports high school students,one of the most favorite sports.As the capital of Hunan province and the center of politics,economy,culture and science and education,Changsha is also taking the campus football activities as the breakthrough point to develop the football industry.In this paper,through the literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and so on,the Current situation of campus football in Changsha and the current situation of "He Long Cup" football match were investigated and studied.Study thought:At present,Changsha campus football development speed is rapid,but the development situation is not ideal,Part of the Campus Soccer characteristic school has not yet started the school football match,the lack of football teachers,lack of funds and football venues,there is no perfect football match system.The organizer Changsha City Campus Football League is Changsha City Board of education,participation in the main primary school,middle school students;the organizer Changsha"He Long Cup" youth football match is carried out Changsha Sports Bureau,participation is also a primary school,a middle school student."He Long Cup" football can promote the development of Changsha campus football,is a part of the overall development of the campus football,and Changsha campus football development and popularization and can promote the "He Long Cup" football stronger,therefore,the linkage is the common needs.The guiding ideology of linkage system Changsha campus Football League and the "He Long Cup" football league construction is to enhance students' physical and mental health for the purpose,in order to promote the development of campus football competition for content,to leverage,to carry out the campus Football League and the 'He Long Cup" football League for the double,in linkage to Changsha,comprehensively promote the development of campus football sports.Changsha campus Football League and "He Long Cup" Football League linkage system is divided into four levels:municipal level,district level,school level,class;groups were divided into:Primary School(U9-U12),junior high school(U13-U15),high school group(U16-U18);the competition system of linkage competition emphasizes class competition and grade competition in school,school level competition,district level competition,and divided into championship and exchange.Break the administrative barriers of Changsha Education Bureau and Changsha Sports Bureau,and give full play to the organizational functions of sports associations,relying on the support of schools at all levels in Changsha,the integration of social resources,the establishment of four league linkage benign operating mechanism to promote the Changsha campus football and the "He Long Cup" football match common development.
