Health is the foundation of the nation,as well as the foundation of a nation’s founding.However,nowadays,with the acceleration of social rhythm and the increasing pressure for daily life,a lot of people are in the state of sub-health prematurely.What’s worse,psychological problems happen more and more on us,which is becoming a social issue that can’t be ignored.President Xi,during the National Health and Sanitary Conference held in August,proposed to identify the basic research of psychology,to popularize the science of mental health and also to standardize psychological services such as psychotherapy and psychological consultation.As college students play a role of “new blood” in the development of actual society,the principal task of ideological and political education in college focuses on improving college students’ health both in body and in mind.The term “positive psychology” was put forward in 20 th century by psychologist Seligman.It has changed the traditional psychology from psychotherapy to the research of positive personality,which provides a psychological perspective to make a study of positive factors in daily life.With the aim of exploring fully one’s potential,making daily life happier,the research of positive psychology carries on human positive emotions,positive qualities,positive organization system.Ideological and political education’s goal is to develop to the "four haves" youth eho meet the requirements of social development.The requirements are having ideal,morality,culture,discipline.In the process ofeducation,because of the effect of subject and object factors,college students’ psychological have some changes.These changes will affect the effect of ideological and political education,in order to develop the physical and mental health,all-round development of college students,we need to draw on the experience of relevant ideas and methods of positive psychology.In the process of positive psychology,we should not only pay attention to the differences between two different subject,take long to repair the short of ideological and political education of positive psychology,but also want to pay attention to the independence of this discipline.We can not be ignored other heavy one.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of ideological and political education,this article on the basis of combining the ideological and political education and positive psychology.It puts forward the concrete implementation strategy,mainly including the future extension "positive emotions-construction" theory,emotional incentive method,optimistic explanation style,good experience,so as to promote the development of contemporary college students’ physical and mental health and comprehensive.
