Since the Concept map was introduced into our country,it has now been widely applied to the teaching of many subjects,and has achieved good teaching effect.With the implementation of the new curriculum,many teachers in virtually has tried to use concept map teaching strategy,but lack corresponding theoretical guidance system.How to use concept mapping strategy effectively in different type of teaching bioligy becomes a topic which is worth studying.This research mainly studies the students in Jinta middle school where the auther works in Gansu province.It is based on biological required textbooks for high schools.It talks about how the concept map as a teaching strategy is applied in the high school biology teaching practice research by using interview method,classroom observation and case analysis.This paper studies the theoretical basis of the concept mapping strategy and the present situation of high school biology classroom teaching,and then through the concrete teaching practice and case analysis,it researches the application of the concept mapping strategy in new lessons,review lessons and lessons analysing the paper of test.The step using concept mapping strategy in the new lessons commonly includes: establishment situation,the introduction of new concepts;Interaction between teachers and students;learning new concepts;Building concept map;Show the exchange;Evaluation feedback;Modifing and perfecting.The application of concept map strategy in the lessons analysing the paper of test is mainly manifested in that the teacher calculates and processes the statistica of concept map made by students after the end of the exam and know the students' s study condition and set the teaching objectives based on the problems existing in the course of students,so as to timely check.The application of concept mapping strategy in review lessons consists of : decide the topic,design the teaching,combine the main line of the concept,build concept map by group cooperation,display results and perfect evaluation;Strengthen practice and the concept.Research shows that concept mapping strategy applied in the high school biology teaching can arouse students' interest in biology study,improve students' test scores and improve students' thinking ability and the teachers' professional quality.
