Concept Mapping is a kind of tool used to organize and characterize knowledge, its functions in teaching are also underlined day and day. The paper studied the impact of the achievement and attitude to biological studies for the students of grade 1, with various methods such as questionnaire, the case for the interview and documentary study and so on, using the strategy of Concept Mapping.The following was the thinking of my study.Firstly, I combed the basic knowledge about Concept Mapping. At the same time, I read the studies on Concept Mapping nowadays from home and abroad, especially the new progresses on the study of Concept Mapping in our country.Secondly, the selected object was a common class of the grade 1 in the senior high school of the oil field in Henan. In the whole experiment, firstly, with the pro-test, questionnaires and interviews, I overall realized the attitude of the students to leaning biology and their biology achievement. On this basis, with the questionnaire about the knowledge and application of biological Concept Mapping for the junior students in high school and the questionnaire about the learning and applying of the Concept Mapping, I investigated the changes on the cognition and using about the Concept Mapping of the class, while analyzing experimental results by the depth interview in quality. The results showed that the students'attitude to learning biology had a positive change. Finally, after a post-test, we got the averages on the results of pro-test and post-test. The result was that the post-test shared 5.2 higher than the pro-test, which meant that it took some positive effect on students'biological results in the two months to apply the strategy of Concept Mapping. And it was expected that there would be further experiments and surveys to know about the exact effect of Concept Mapping in teaching.Finally, I also summarized the entire experiment and analysed the existences of the experiment, then looked forward to the further experiment.
