School is an important place for students to acquire knowledge,class and school plays a role in its management,teacher plays an important place for his preaching tuition FAQ function.The quality of classroom environment is related to the student's academic performance,and it also affects the individual learning motivation.The motivation of the majority of students in the weak schools is not high,in addition to the internal factors affecting the individual is also related to a lot of external factors.We closed the 44 th middle school and the 45 middle school in Lanzhou as an example,selected 317 student samples,using the domestic scholars GuangRong Jiang compiled class environment questionnaire,Liang Yu Song and Zhou Zong Kui jointly prepared learning self-efficacy scale,learning motivation questionnaire was written by Prof.Yu An Bang from Taiwan,a weak schools class environment,academic self efficacy sense and learning motivation of middle school students in study of the relationship between there sults of the study are as follows:(1)The classroom environment,academic self efficacy and learning motivation of students in weak schools are in the middle level.(2)The weak school students' class environment,academic self-efficacy in gender,whether single parent aspect difference is not significant,the difference is remarkable,and the learning motivation of middle school students is significant difference.(3)Class environment and academic schools students' self-efficacy score was significantly correlated with learning ability self-efficacy and teacher-student relationship,peer relationship,order and discipline,competition,learning burden is significantly related to learning behavior self-efficacy and the relationship between teachers and students,classmates,order and discipline,competition,learning burden was significantly correlated also,and learning ability self-efficacy significantly correlated.Middle school students' academic self-efficacy was positively correlated with the total score of learning motivation,and learning behavior self-efficacy was positively correlated with the internal motivation.The class environment and learning motivation of students in weak schools are significantly positively correlated.Internal motivation and teacher-student relationship,students relationship,order and discipline,competition was significantly positively correlated,external motivation and teacher-student relationship,student relations,order and discipline was significantly correlated.(4)The class environment has a significant positive predictive effect on the learning motivation of middle school students,and the classroom environment has a significant positive predictive effect on academic self-efficacy.Academic self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in classroom environment and middle school students' learning motivation.
