Biological experiment is an organic part of biology in junior high school.The experiment can not only validate existing theoretical knowledge,but also explore unknown new things.As an experimental subject,biology can not be separated from the experiment.The survey found that the biological experiment of junior high school Changsha city setting rate is not high,opening effect is not ideal,in addition to objective conditions,part of the reason is that experimental material is not easy to obtain,device complexity,poor controllability and difficult operation etc.in this regard,this paper will optimize and innovate the experiment of junior high school biology textbooks according to the curriculum requirements and actual life,tries to make the experiments more simple,more environmentally friendly,more efficient,to increase the rate of junior high school biology experiment set up,to improve junior high school biology experiment teaching effect and give play to the important role of experiment teaching,Strive to make the experiment really become an effective platform to cultivate students' ability.In this paper,through a questionnaire survey of juniorhigh school teachers from Changsha City,To investigate the present situation of the junior middle school biology experiment and its improvement from the aspects of the importance of the school leaders,the teachers' ideas and the students' attitude,,At the same time,semi-structured interviews were used to communicate with the individual students.The main contents of the interviews included the students' views on biological experiments,their interests and understanding of the experiment.Based on the results of investigation and interview,this paper analyzes the present situation of junior high school biology experiment teaching in Changsha City,and finds out the deficiencies in it,to provide reliable basis for the experimental optimization and innovation.In addition,through the interpretation of "biology curriculum standards"(2011 Edition) discusses the teaching goal of junior middle school biological experiment,analysis of junior high school biology textbooks in teaching experiment,In view of the problems existing in the experimental teaching scheme,materials,reagents and devices,Identify optimization and innovation.Refer to the relevant literature,according to the principles of scientific,simple,fun and so on,to replace the experimental materials,improve the experimental device,optimize the experimental program,reset the experimental steps,expand and supplement the teaching materials,etc,to optimize the 27 experiments in the junior high school biology textbooks of the people's education press,and to innovate the 7 experiments which are not used in the textbooks,list of junior high school biology experiment optimization and innovation,make it more systematic,to provide valuable teaching resources for junior high school biology teachers,give full play to the positive role of junior high school biology experiment,to guide junior high school biology experiment,improve the setting rate of experiment.
