High school biology experimental teaching is an important supplement and extension of classroom teaching,and an important way to cultivate students' core literacy.But biological experimental teaching often encounters many problems such as lack of experimental conditions and difficulty in obtaining experimental materials or medicines,which makes it difficult to carry out and meet the goals and requirements of experimental teaching.To this end,the Basic Education Department of the Ministry of National Education has hosted eight national experimental teaching lectures in primary and secondary schools,and demonstrated the selected high-quality courses through the experimental online platform,thus promoting the learning and exchange of front-line teachers in primary and secondary schools across the country,and providing guidelines for the vast number of front-line teachers to carry out innovative research on experimental teaching.This study firstly sorts out and analyzes the relevant literatures of high school biology experimental teaching innovation at home and abroad through literature analysis.Secondly,using case analysis method,it analyzes 157 examples of high school biology experimental teaching innovation in "experiment online platform" lectures,and finds quantitative characteristics from the overall distribution.Then make an innovative analysis of major and other examples,and explore the general ways and means of experimental teaching innovation,so as to provide front-line teachers with experimental teaching innovation as a reference.Finally,the investigation method is used to analyze the current situation of biological experimental teaching innovation in several high schools in Jiangxi Province,and the innovative ways and methods analyzed are used to put forward feasible implementation suggestions for the actual teaching situation.A comprehensive study can lead to the following conclusions:First,the innovation analysis of comprehensive courses and examples shows that there are two ways to carry out experimental teaching innovation in general,namely,innovation in experimental design and innovation in experimental teaching design.Second,judging from the two ways of experimental teaching innovation,the general methods of experimental teaching innovation are as follows.Methods for experimental design innovation include:(1)experimental material innovation;(2)experimental reagent innovation;(3)experimental device innovation;(4)optimization experimental methods;(5)optimization experimental schemes;(6)integration of modern information technology assistance experiments;(7)quantification of qualitative experiments,a total of seven methods.Methods for experimental teaching design innovation include:(1)innovative processing of textbooks;(2)integration of advanced teaching concepts;(3)innovation of teaching methods;(4)innovation of teaching mode;(5)integration of modern information technology auxiliary teaching;(6)teaching evaluation innovation,a total of six methods.In addition,the teaching focus of the experiment is different,and the applicable innovative approaches are also different.Highly operational experiments focus on innovation from experimental design innovation methods,and strongly trained experiments,such as simulation experiments and model construction experiments,focus on innovation from experimental teaching and design methods.
