The Self-organizing Theory Angle Of View County Amateur Basketball Club Development Path

In recent years,with the continuous improvement and rapid development of county economy in China,people life level and fitness consciousness is strong,the popularity of basketball project needs has become increasingly intense,which gave birth to the size of a large number of a management level of amateur basketball clubs and organizations of different County Amateur Basketball league.At present,the County Amateur Basketball Clubs in our country show vigorous development,but the overall situation is still in the form of self-organization,unplanned,primary and disorderly development.For the County Amateur Basketball Club's development status,development momentum,development path,and the current stage of development,there is a lack of in-depth and comprehensive understanding.This article attempts to use the self-organization theory to explore the development path of County Amateur Basketball Clubs,so as to promote the further development of amateur basketball at the grassroots level.Based on this,this article on "self research and development path from the perspective of County Amateur Basketball Club Organization Theory--Taking Hunan Province as an example",briefly discusses the self organization theory based on the core connotation and application practice,by using the method of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics method,analysis of nine counties in Hunan province 22 amateur basketball club,the overall level of development.From the objective of deep understanding and knowledge of the amateur basketball club self organization evolution conditions,dynamic evolution,evolution path and its influence factors.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:I.The County Amateur Basketball Club has the form of self-organizing characteristics.Openness is the prerequisite of realizing the system exchange of material,energy and information,far from equilibrium is a system of "competition" dynamic conditions,nonlinear interaction system is formed "cooperation" based on the fluctuation phenomenon of self-organization evolution system performance,and determine the order parameter is system development potential".Two.The power of County Amateur Basketball Club Organization Development Club is to enhance the quality of service,improve the management level,optimize the environment facilities to meet the different age people of different occupation and higher level needs of basketball.Three.The development paths of County Amateur Basketball Clubs are from disorder to order,from low organization to high organization and from the primary level to higher level at the same organizational level.Four.The current County Amateur Basketball Club overall in the second stage of self-organization process(from low to high degree of organization,organization level)in the second stage of development of the amateur basketball club to strengthen the fund raising and management services to enhance the level of development of the third stage to promote the level of higher organizations.The author put forward the system is to improve the system of openness,promote the County Amateur Basketball Club system unbalanced development in the direction of diversification;the two is to strengthen the synergy of various elements between the clubs,improve the level of competition and cooperation;three is to pay attention to the order parameter for strengthening environmental infrastructure construction,improve the system of service value;the four is the integration of the township as a unit of the basketball resources,promote the integrated development of urban and rural basketball;five is to broaden the sources of funds and improve the management level and so on.
