| Over three years in P School,the author understand that the current campus violence P middle school students for law education emerge in an endless stream,demands quite strong.However,the actual effect of the rule of law education and the use of the rule of law to protect their legitimate rights and interests of the imbalance highlights,The author thinks that it is of practical significance to further study the contradiction between the growth of students and the reality of supply.In this study,literature research and questionnaire survey were used to study the situation of Chinese and French political education in high school.In order to find countermeasures to break through the P middle school present situation and problems of the rule of law education on the basis of previous studies,this investigation on the status of the rule of law education P high school students as the representative,conducted a survey,detailed research and analysis.Through investigation found that the influencing factors of law education in the rural middle school students(1)have the rule of law education teaching mode is single;(2)in the school under the background of exam oriented education evaluation system is single,affect students' learning enthusiasm;(3)can not meet the growing demands of teachers' legal literacy of students;(4)selected from case law education with the interests of students;(5)new educational technology equipment utilization rate is low,the traditional teaching mode can not meet the current educational reality.Through the research,the current situation of law education in P middle school and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:(1)the course of special education law;(2)method innovation of education of law;(3)to strengthen the rule of law education of students;(4)optimization in P environment and Science to speed up the legal culture society,school and family education integration process three. |
