With the overall promotion of rule by law,the quality of rule of law has become the core accomplishment of high school students,and the rule of law-related education for senior high school students is becoming increasingly urgent and important.The high school ideological and political course is the main position of the rule of law-related education.Therefore,the integration of the rule of law-related education into the high school ideological and political course is not only conducive to the promotion of the comprehensive rule of law,but also important to the teaching of high school ideological and political courses,and the high school students' growth.This article combines the rule of law-related education with the high school students' education,takes the integration of the rule of law into the high school ideological and political course as the research angle.From the main content of "knowing,feeling,meaning,and doing",it combs the necessity and feasibility of integration,analyzes the problems and causes of integration,and puts forward the effective counter measures in the ideological and political course in high school.Concretely speaking:The content of rule of law education is consistent with the basic elements of moral education,and is also unified with the "knowledge,emotion and intention" proposed in psychology.Based on this unity,the contents of rule of law-related education in high school ideological and political lessons could be summarized as follows: the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the basic legal principles of civil activities,and the way of safeguarding rights,the emotion of the respect for the law itself,the trust in the implementation of the law,and the rule of law.Consciousness including the consciousness to right and obligation;the practice of rule of law is to foresee legal results,safeguard lawful rights and interests,and supervise public power.The necessity of integrating the rule of law-related education into the teaching of high school ideological and political courses is determined by the need for the comprehensive promotion of the rule of law,the health of the high school students and the enhancement of the effectiveness of the ideological and political courses.The theoretical support and the realistic basis provide the feasibility for the integration of the rule of law education: Xi Jinping's Chinese characteristic socialist rule of law,the new curriculum teaching view,and the Rodgers Humanism learning view.The good atmosphere builds by China's policy to enhance the rule of law and the plasticity of the characteristics of the high school students themselves,and the inherent agreement between high school ideological and political education and rule of law education provides a realistic basis for the feasibility.Based on the necessity and feasibility analysis of the integration of the rule of law-related education,this paper analyzes the problems of high school students in the rule of law-related education in ideological and political courses the author found by questionnaires,which is the lack of understanding and strong emotional expression of the rule of law,the lack of integrity of the rule of law consciousness,and the few opportunities to practice the knowledge of rule of law because of the serious examination oriented concept and lack of real motivation to learn the rule of law.The problem of high school political teachers is lacking of professional knowledge,ineffective teaching methods,outdated ideas to be updated and practical training,mainly caused by lacking systematic rule of law knowledge learning and training.Through the analysis of the existing compulsory teaching materials,the problems are the required content is not direct,the elective content is not implemented,the content of the teaching material is unreasonable,and the reason is the teaching material is lagging behind the social development and disjointed with the students' real life.The problem of lacking a good legal environment in campus,family and society is caused by the examinations around and undesirable social phenomena.The concrete countermeasures of integrating the rule of law education into the high school ideological and political courses are: students need to pay attention to the study of the rule of law knowledge,strengthen the understanding,consciousness and the practice of rule of law,so as to strengthen their own rule of law attainment by changing their ideas.The teachers in high school should improve the professional level of the rule of law knowledge,improve their teaching level of the rule of law,optimize the methods of teaching,and obey the training system to improve their own legal literacy and professional level.The new textbook should embody the spirit of the new syllabus,dig out tacit knowledge and constantly optimize the knowledge structure.We should optimize the rule of law environment,including optimizing the rule of law environment of campus,family and society,so as to form the resultant forces of the rule of law.
