This study comes from the observation and thinking in the teaching practice.Through the internship for six months,I feel middle school students do not attach importance to the ideological and moral lessons,learning autonomy.However,in an accidental opportunity,I applied the teaching of micro courses to change the status quo.To this end,I and other ideological and moral teachers to communicate with each other,Understand that they are also using diffuse Micro Teaching,But in the course of the application also encountered some problems,how to effectively use the micro teaching becomes a problem.The teaching practice based on the observation of micro teaching classroom recording and analysis of the teaching effect and micro class application problems,and to explore the effective strategy of micro class better applied in Ideological and moral education,has a certain practical significance.In this study,we use the method of educational narrative research,select S County N school teacher Yang Ying and the students with the class as the research object,With half a year into her place of education and the inner world,In the basic education and work records,diaries,interviews,to explore the use of effective strategies of micro teaching can promote junior high school students in Ideological and moral education,trying to reference for efficient use of other teachers teaching in the application of the micro class.In the course of the study,researchers from the Keqianyuxi,into the classroom,teaching new knowledge,consolidate the class four aspects of classroom record to reflect the teacher Liu Ying micro teaching process,and the teacher Liu Ying and relevant personage of micro teaching interviews,the following problems are found after comprehensive analysis of junior high ideological and moral class teaching:1.teachers’ understanding of micro lesson is not deep enough;2.ideological and moral teachers teaching ability of micro lesson needs to be improved;3.the ability of teachers to design and manufacture of micro lesson video needs to be improved;4.micro teaching resources are insufficient,quality is not high;5.micro course knowledge point spread,has not formed the micro course system;6.lack of micro classsystem;network platform sound;7 micro class development is lack of support.Here are teacher Liu Ying micro teaching based on the problems,as a researcher,I want to put forward some suggestions on this issue,I hope to study micro class teacher help:1.strong teachers use micro class educational beliefs;2.teachers use teaching micro teaching to improve the teachers ability;3.design and fabrication of micro class ability;4.to establish and improve the micro class resources network platform;5.follow the principle of development,promote the development of micro class;6.to improve the micro class quality,the formation of micro curriculum system;7.to create a good learning atmosphere of micro teaching.
